We had a ball in this open space with my children. The grounds are well kept and given the time families were still out and were occupying various corners of the park.
This ground is beautiful for younger children, young adults, teenagers, adults and just families who are looking to be outside to enjoy a beautiful day.
It’s very close to my hotel and very convenient for me and my children. Overall I am pleased to be able to visit this perfect hideaway.

This is a great park with plenty of park amenities including baseball fields, tennis courts, basketball courts, a playground, a walking path, a river to walk near, and restrooms. It also has plenty of parking.

This is an excellent park with a playground, tennis courts, and baseball diamonds. Facilities are well kept. There's a paved trail through the woods that connects with trails in Columbia and an unpaved trail down by the stream. There is a pavilion that can be rented out.

We go once a day. My son grew up here and we stayed every night until closing. Here since he could walk he learned leadership skills, social, sharing and life lessons. Sit on the bench and let your kids interact with others. Its great.
Now that my son is in college me an my husband go and sit. We love the trees and scenery. There are quiet pathways near the water (Drive to back of park) I love this place . Cook on the grill . Enjoy!

Passer byers are friendly and respectful. Peace array of air coming through the water sounds, makes it a place to deflect. To gather your thoughts. To calm down from something or someone that is under your skin,...peace

A nice county facility, with two baseball parks, tennis and basketball courts, a playground for the kids. Connects with the Patuxent Branch Trail, hiking through the woods (paved) next to tone of the branches of the Pax river.
