Had a fantastic time doing the Valley Jump zip lines- a series of 6 increasingly long/high/fast jumps. Quite the adrenaline rush.

This was a great adventure. John and Matt were excellent guides. The whole tour was very organized. My husband and I felt safe and secure. We did the valley jump tour. It was so fun zipping across the 6 zip lines. The views were gorgeous. I highly recommend you take the leap and go on a zip line tour!

Hello Fall Foliage!!! To start off, parking was easy. We had a 915 tour. They were on time and very informative. Sarah and Bob were absolutely incredible! They were fun, knowledgeable and patient! Lots of little cute jokes to pass the time hiking. Beautiful views! They help take pictures on your own device for you but no photographer. The only thing is the hiking at some points were hard on a person in our party that has copd( lung issues) so be aware its not flat ground all the time. I however loved it that way! After that, we went to the mountain coaster and that was awesome too. Very fast! We purchased some sodas and a cheese quesadilla to get by and then ate off site. This was my second time here and so glad because the views were absolutely breathtaking. Can't wait to go back!

Fantastic experience! It was our first time ziplining and it was just perfect. Our guides Jo and Izzy were a perfect pair. They encouraged us to have fun and relax, and were very reassuring to these first timers! Jo and Izzy were personable and really engaged the kids. As a mom, I appreciated that the most. My kids loved the experience, and my 15 year old couldn't stop smiling. I expected it to be more difficult than it was, and I was not sore the next day, even though I expected to be. I can't wait to take the family back for another course! Thanks Jo & Izzy!

Went on vacation to the Berkshires and decided to give ziplining a try. This did not disappoint!! Bob and Dylan were our guides. They were very friendly and personable, even learned everyone's names in our group of 8. Explained how to steer and helped to explain the gear. Both guides worked well together and told some cool dad jokes. The valley jump tour had 6 zips - 4 in the trees and 2 above the trees. On the last zip, there is a steep hike up but the zip is totally worth it. It's about half a mile long and you will go about 60 mph!! The views are amazing! Weight maximum of 260 lbs for this zip and you have to sign a waiver. Would love to go back!

The ziplining was amazing! Bob & Dylan were knowledgeable and had great attitudes! They were also quite funny. The young lady that checked me in was very nice and helpful. I had a blast and definitely plan to return!

A great way to enjoy beautiful sights while experiencing a little bit of adventure. John and Bobo were both outstanding guides - putting my wife at ease for the entire tour - even when she got stuck on a zip line. We both felt extremely safe the entire time.

We've previously been on the Mountain Top tour, and have been wanting to do the Valley Jump tour ever since! It definitely did not disappoint! The guides always take care of everyone and make you feel super safe and secure. They take care of all of the safety measures, including braking so you can enjoy the experience worry-free! As someone who tends to get vertigo, I particularly liked the Valley Jump tour because all of the lines departed from and ended on the ground rather than on tree platforms. (This also means there's a lot of space for social-distancing!) Highly recommended!

Hard to beat a day ziplining in peak fall foliage no matter where or how you do it, but the staff at Berkshire were amazing to say the least. Our group was 4 and then two other couples toured with us on the Valley Jump Tour.
Our guides Dylan and Bob (BOB DYLAN LOL) were the right mix of professional, skilled and hilarious (although I did feel like they waited until we were as far as possible from the base to drop rapid fire cow jokes at us). The guides really make the trip as good as it can be, and they were second to none.
As far as the COVID stuff goes, the staff were good about social distancing and mask wearing. There was sanitizer at every step of the way, and everyone of the staff within the park was great about make sure to wear it like a mask and not like a neck protector (appreciated!).
Overall, can't say enough about the trip. Just wish it was even longer, although 3 hours of zipping and hiking is probably enough for most people!

Great views, excellent guides and extremely well run. Great for kids and adults. Short hikes in between some of the runs, but not too much. The 2 1/2 hour tour length felt just right. We loved Bob and Hannah as guides and Tony was kind enough to help retrieve a lost phone at the end of the tour. There were three adults and three kids in our group between the ages of 9 and 13. All fully enjoyed the experience.

The hike to the last zip on the Valley Jump tour was a little strenuous. It is about 300 ft elevation, but well worth the hike.

It was my first time zip lining and I felt quite comfortable. The longer, faster lines are in the second half of the tour, when I felt more confident. They have a tiny practice line before going on the tour, and my guides have helpful tips along the way.

Is there a weight capacity for people to zip line?

Berkshire East weight limit and age are 10 years old, and must be 70 pounds. Your son will NOT be able to go. My suggestion is lo check other places in the area.

1-What is your phone number so i can call and ask some questions?
2-We are 4 adults, each about 70 years of age but all very active and relatively spry. We are also first time zip liners. So, are there easier, lower lines we can start out with?
3-How far away from Tanglewood, in Lenox, are you?

I can tell you that, yes, there is a lower line you can start with. That's what we did - lower line first year - medium second year - and this year - the biggie! AND we can't wait to go. I am 70 so I can say - GO FOR IT! Make your reservation and have fun. I don't know the answer to question number 3. Sorry.
