‪Una maravillosa jornada de navegación y diversión tanto en el mar como cerca de la costa, con diversas actividades para toda la familia.
Tripulación encantadora y muy simpática. Muy amables.
Desayuno y comida sabrosos, variados y con cantidad más que suficiente.
Lamentablemente no pudimos ver ballenas (que era el objetivo) pero disfrutamos de la compañía de simpáticos delfines.
Desde el velero tuvimos impresionantes vistas de toda la costa de Trincomalee y frente a ella, echamos el ancla para bañarnos, hacer un poco de snorkel y comer.
En definitiva, una jornada en el mar para recordar.
Es más caro, pero merece la pena realizar esta actividad en privado, con todo el catamarán para nosotros.‬

‪Брали 7 часовой круиз на лодке от Dutch Bay Trincomalee. Нам очень понравилось, китов правда не видели, потому что был не сезон. Но зато видели китовую акулу. Яхта оснащена радаром, поэтому и увидели. Заметить её в океане невозможно. Видели несколько стай дельфинов. Прекрасный завтрак и обед. И в конце снорклинг в бухте Dutch Bay на рифе. Персонал на яхте вежлив и предупредителен. Стоит своих денег однозначно. ‬

‪7 hours whale watching‬

‪We opted for the 7 hrs whale watching cruises and had an amazing time. The entire process from booking (handled by Umega) to sailing (Captain Pasindu) was seamless..
It was worth the money and time spent.. we happened to see a lot of dolphins and one shark whale..think the blue whales had gone for slumber and cudnt spot any.. the catamaran had set sail initially on engines and then shifted to wind while returning..though it was amazing but there was a lot of rolling while we sailed on wind.. so better to have anti nausea tablets if you are prone to be sea sick..
Finally we docked back at the bay for a swim and snorkeling session.. the entire crew was accommodative and concerned of our well being.. we were served simple but tasty breakfast and lunch during the cruise..
Sun screen and shades are a must..‬

‪A brilliant way to see Sri Lanka as an Indian Ocean island‬

‪Just ashore from a superb 6 night cruise courtesy of Sail Lanka on their four berth Catamaran “Sapphire”. Four of us (two couples) served by 5 crew. Its a large vessel with two decks so plenty of space for both sun and shade. We sailed south towards Batticola for a couple of days before returning and heading north beyond Trinco to the lagoons at Millavelli. Plenty of opportunities for dolphin and whale-watching, fishing and activities such as swimming, paddleboarding and snorkelling with added trips to various offshore islands. It’s bring your own booze, however the three fantastic meals every day were also memorable. It was a truly fantastic experience and for those who wish to get away from the land for a few days, Sail Lanka put you back
in touch with the surrounding Indian Ocean and the real appreciation of “the Island life”. Thoroughly recommended.‬

‪Une sortie mer avec une bonne équipe (capitaine I.P., Fernando lifeguard, Silva en cuisine et Lasertha). A la rencontre des dauphins. Hélas pas de baleine ce jour mais rien que la balade nous a donnés envie de partir au loin et ne jamais revenir!‬

‪Einfach nur der Hammer!!‬

‪Wir waren zwei Nächte an Board und hatten eine Traumhafte Zeit. Sicher ist der Spaß nicht ganz günstig, aber wir habe uns damit einen kleinen Lebenstraum erfüllt.
Capitan IP und seien Crew haben uns eine wundervolle Zeit bereitet und waren wirklich klasse.
Wir haben Delphine und sogar eine Wall aus nächster Nähe beobachten können, das war wirklich unglaublich.
Der Koch Silva war der Hammer, vom Tee ab 06:00 Uhr bis zum Abendessen hat alle super geschmeckt. Am zweiten Tag habe wir am Vormittag eine Kingsfish gefangen, den er zum Mittagessen phantastisch zubereite hat.

Am Morgen in einer unbewohnten Lagune aufzuwachen und den Sonnenaufgang auf dem Meer zu genießen war wirklich atemberaubend.

Die Kabinen waren in Ordnung und sogar Klimatisiert, wobei wir darauf die meisten Zeit aufgrund der Geräusche vom Generator verzichte haben.

Zum Abschluss waren wir noch schnorcheln und sind mit einem der besten Rice and Curry verabschiedet worden.‬

The team with Ip, Samarasena, Dilip, Pushpakumara, Dave, Priyan were well trained and experienced to provide a fun and a safe tour to the deep sea in the bay of Trincomalee, Sri Lanka.‬

‪Loved to have a night out‬

‪We were suddenly found the link to the CEYCAT 53’ RANGE travels . Without a second thought we booked the available date 19th October.

Qe are very pledge for the opportunity we had, the date, the night, the foods, the sea travels experiences, everything was amazing.. worth for the money we paid.
The date was well worthy done, qith smiles on all our faces, crystal was the catamaran we were given, The caption was very knowledgeable and humble 😊.. the team was very helpful, they were always there to help us when ever possible.

That was remarkable event, thanks to the team.. we love you all .‬

‪We did a 3 day/2 nights cruise and it was a magical time from start to finish. The food, the cleanliness, the catamaran and especially the crew. IP Tharindu Madushan, Thiliban, Dave & Lesli, thank you guys! We will definitely come back! We can only recommend it, you won't be disappointed!‬

‪We sailed with Sail Lanka from Trincomalie bay to see dolphins and whales . It was Luxurious Ocean Diamond yacht which accommodated all 14 of us comprehensively with amazing experience. Crew was most welcoming and helpful throughout the sailing. They were always with us helping in diving, swimming, snorkeling and jetski . Three onboard sea food based meals were delicious served in the spacious restaurant. Night was amazing with some music and moonlight. All of us enjoyed the stay fully.
This should be in the bucket list of any traveler around Sri Lanka.
Hoping to join it once again when the pandemic is over ……
Thanks to Sail Lanka team - a job well done 👍💪
