‪We hiked up the summit observation trail, down the little carp river trail and then this trail to make a loop from the parking lot. Go earlier in the day as the parking lot fills up quickly. It isn’t large. This was a 5 mike hike for our family. We have a 15, 12 and 10 year old. They enjoyed it and it wasn’t that tough. It took us about 2.5 hours. We took a bag lunch with us. You’ll need bug spray as well. This particular trail has a lot more marsh and creek. It’s very peaceful and beautiful. ‬

‪Great Hiking Route‬

‪This is a stunning (and apparently less traveled) trail. The marshy area along the trail is like something out of a storybook. I am SO glad we took this trail on our way back to the Summit Peak parking lot after stopping at Mirror Lake.‬
