We came as part of an EVG and the organization was well tied up.
The VR activity went very well, we had good supervision.
Perhaps other fast food products should be added to the menu. One of our colleagues with lactose allergies couldn't eat all day.
We had an inconvenience at bowling because the time was "over". A priori it is not to finish the game the objective but to achieve it as quickly as possible to the detriment of the results, knowing that we have chain, so it is not possible to finish his game on time. We were surprised in the second game when we were 4/5th of the way to see another team on our track. We literally got kicked out of our place. When we asked for explanations to the person who handled it she told us that we had paid 2 hours and not two parts, it is Saturday, it is the rush, we can not afford to leave you any longer.
What's the point of paying 2 games if we can't finish them and get cleared by another team?
So we went to the reception to complain. They prepared us for our last activity and offered the tour to the whole band. A very appreciated commercial gesture that allowed us to finish on a good note. We were able to move on without bitterness.
Once again, I would like to thank your staff member who was able to manage this problem and meet our expectations.

Came yesterday with work colleagues it was a very nice experience and a good concept including the laser game and the 2 karting tracks and the decoration let's not talk about it it was really well done 😍 to do again with great pleasure

Nous sommes navrés de voir votre note et que votre expérience ne vous a pas entièrement plu.
Nos tarifs sont relativement similaire à ce qu'il se fait dans les complexes de loisirs Lyonnais.
Sachez que vous avez la possibilité d'acheter vos sessions de karting par pack pour les payer moins cher, vous pouvez payer jusqu'à 16€ la session au lieu de 22€ avec une validité de 3 ans.
Nous proposons une belle piste à deux niveaux pour les enfants avec des kartings électriques, nos équipes sont là pour vous encadrer et faire en sorte que vous passez un bon moment. Nous espérons que ces prestations justifient un peu plus le tarif à vos yeux.
Nous serons ravis de vous revoir pour tester d'autres activités que le karting et le bowling : laser game, réalité virtuelle, karaoké... et ainsi espérer une meilleure note.
