I love come here to see farms animals . I was here in July with Brother and his kids and love it.The play ground and see cow's are GREAT.

I took my grandson on Saturday, April 6th, 2019 as they were having all the baby animals out to see. In fact early that morning, a baby cow was born in the field and the workers had brought it into the cow barn. Still wobbly legs learning how to stand....so cute! It was an amazing time because the workers had all the animals out so they could be held and touched. There were cows, mini horse, baby goat, baby ducks, bunnies, chicks, pigs, adult horses. So awesome and the weather was amazing! There was even a wagon ride pulled by a tractor that was a ton of fun! This was a special event, but everyone can go to the farm every day plus Saturdays. Not sure about Sundays. It is an amazing experience and I would highly recommend a visit to this farm!!

Very clean and family oriented. We really enjoyed the new play sets that were installed. We also enjoyed seeing the clydesdales. They were being groomed when we were there.

A lot people don't know Wolcott Mill is in two part the Farm area is so so nice and see all the farm animals and the history area that down road from it that's real nice to .

I took my grandson age almost 18 months for a visit on a week day... late morning. There were no special events scheduled but we were able to just roam and see cows, horses, sheep, ducks, pigs, goats, chickens, rooster (VERY vocal), bunnies. It was so much fun watching him explore, as he had never seen REAL animals up close and personal.He was even able to touch some of the animals! I look forward to taking him back in 2018.

The Wolcott Mill was an active flour mill until the 1960s. It is now the basis of the Metro Park with the original mill and several outbuildings. Just down the road is the farm where the focus is on the animals (daily milkings, annual sheep shearing, petting area) and the actual process of farming. There are frequent activities related to crafts and farm living. At least once a year there is a Civil War re-enactment that is particularly interesting. A "camping/gathering" area is available close by where scout troops, school groups and the Society for Creative Anachronism have weekend events, there is a 4-H based horse arena for shows, and Tuesdays the dog agility trainers and their fur-friends are on-site. There are a few short walking trails and a picnic area near the mill itself. The only downside (or maybe it's a real plus) is that there are no concessions available, so it's important to come prepared with whatever snacks might be enjoyed. Although there is a charge to enter, the booth is not always staffed.

Beautiful trails to explore and see the fall colors. We live close to the farm and still enjoy the history of the farm and also the mill which is near by.

This is such a neat piece of history - I've taken my young kids there, I've gone to workshops there, I've gone by myself to hike. It's just a really neat place with wonderful history.

This place such great place history and nature , the trail are so pretty here .i take hikes thought this area and so much find .

This park is always a great family outing the farm area is a big hit with the kids they can get close to the animals in a farm setting!
