This is an amazing museum dedicated to the history of the Greyhound bus. I came here last August, 2022, and there was no one in the parking lot and I was afraid it was closed but luckily for me it wasn’t.
It’s a little bit off the beaten path, but well worth a visit. There’s tons of history in here about the Greyhound bus company. Lots of old restored buses inside that you can actually go into which is awesome. Endless amounts of memorabilia as well.
There is a little gift shop at the entrance and the woman working. There was very friendly and informative.
I highly recommend coming here to check out some American transportation history, you won’t be disappointed.

We drove by on way to open pit just down the road - some info on plaques outside but no one around

Small gem with big heart and pride in local forefathers who did amazing things in an important era of our nation’s history. A hearty folk who’s story is told with loving care to detail and great enthusiasm. The restored buses are truly works of art and pay significant homage to the transportation innovation of mass transit the likes of which are a faded memory for most of us today. Thankful for the opportunity to see first hand how it all got started and to celebrate the hard work of so many in a town that holds up the dignity of innovation and grit. A lovely tribute!

This was such a pleasant surprise! We learned about the start of bussing on the Iron Range to the start of the bus line. Did you know that Greyhound started burger King! You do now.

Fun to see the Greyhound bus evolve over the years. My husband really enjoyed ths attraction even the comics posted by the parking lot. lol

I really enjoyed the location. If you are going to nit pick and be critical of a location that is in fact aging - don't bother. If you ever took the bus or want to understand Minnesota's "Range" better you really need to take your time and go.

I am not convinced that the greyhound museum is worth going to. It is on the small size and there is nothing interesting in bussing. Greyhound busses don't come up here and haven't for years.

We enjoyed our tour there. We sat through a very informative video. The memorabilia and employee comments from over the years was interesting. There are old buses to step up into to view, old uniforms on display. It was very well done.
The staff was very friendly and the restroom was very clean.

What a great way to spend a hour or two looking at the great contributions this company gave to America. Museum has lots of photos but also actual buses from the beginning of this company 100 years ago. Very clean . Right near the Mine tour.

My Husband And I visited this Museum. Very clean, friendly and welcoming staff. It is a self guided tour. Great place to bring children too. You can go inside some of the old buses, and hear some great stories.
