I went in looking for a natural solution for diabetes...I learned so much more though! It wasn't busy (snowstorm), but I feel the team here would give everyone the individual treatment they need to be healthy and happy. I was blown away by how many different things are offered here. Each person is a sub contractor of sorts, so you get specialized help in numerous fields. I thought it was called elevated wellness, but that might be just for the holistic practitioner I spoke to. So many healthy angles. Yoga, herbal remedies, flotation. If this stuff interests you, this place is for you! They're pros.

I love this yoga studio for the ambiance and the great group of people who own it! They offer a great variety of yoga classes and have a float room, which is the only one in the state of MN. If you love yoga, I highly suggest you give apotheosis a try.
