This is a very special place in Northfield and a wonderful hub for artists and art lovers. They offer classes, theater performances, events and more. Great for families, kids and learners of all ages. The staff is also incredible.

You might love the school exhibits, from kindergarten to high school, and then another high school honors show. Extreme talent, even beginning in the third grade. Northfield's individual artists are extremely talented, and on Friday opening nights you can hear them speak about their work.

We strolled into the gallery and gift shop to discover a wide variety of art. From ceramics, to glass, to felt pieces to prints the gallery had lots of options. We were warmly greeted and staff was very patient and helpful to customers. Northfield is lucky to have such an asset in your community.

This is a center for displaying work by local artists. Also, a supporter of poets and provider of readings by local writers.

It is always nice to see new artist and their art. It is a friendly place and is in the middle of the downtown so it is easy to visit.

Northfield, MN is rapidly becoming a great "art destination city" that is only about 30 minutes south of the Twin Cities - and this is one of the best gift shops too! Everything in the Arts Guild Shop is made by local artists! There is stained glass, ceramics, prints, paintings (and even several Eastern Orthodox Icons!). Full disclosure - I'm the painter of the icons! And there is an extensive collection of cards too. You can start your shopping here, or end up here after hitting the many other excellent shops downtown - and the fine restaurants just top it all off.

A great gallery to enjoy and then make sure and stop in their local shop for art work by many local artists.

We visited the store and the guest artists on the second floor. Neat old building. Exhibit in the gallery was very interesting.

Small and had photo exhibits. My wife liked them I wasn't struck by them - she's the arty type and I'm not I suppose

I went here with my son and we had a lovely time. Local artist works, very interesting and nice art displays, another reason to go to Northfield for the the day!
