Forget Staying here. When making the reservation I was told they have valet parking and the pool was open. they do not have valet and parking is a long way to deal with luggage etc. for a handicap person. The pool was not open as they hadn’t finished building the cabanas. Those are the only two reasons that. I reserved at this resort and both were a. big disappointment? It’s a smoking casino- stinks we checked out early as nothing there for us.

I stayed 2 nights at IP for a trade show , We put our stuff in our room took a shower then went to a company dinner . We left the dinner around 7:45 and stopped for a drink at the bar near the check in . My 43 year old wife got carded and went to go get her id out the room but couldn't get the door to open . After 2 trips to the desk to get new keys and about 45 minuets i came with my key card to see what was going on . My key wouldn`t work either . So the desk said security would have to check the lock , we waited , and waited . They had a medical emergency and no-one was available . Finally after 7 trips to the desk and about 2 hours of not getting in our room ,a female security person came and said our door lock was broke . Duhh!! So we had to wait on another security guy that knew how to work on it . He put new batteries in the lock and it wouldn`t work . so he said he was going to replace the lock . He came back later and said they didn`t have a part to fix it so we would have to move to another room . so at 10:30 we started packing and moved to the 27 floor . When we got out the elevator the smell of marihuana was horrible ,and for 2 days the smell persisted . Our first night was completely ruined , we spent all night trying to get my wifes Id so she could have drinks . A complete loss with just a sorry these things happen from the manager , The second night was much better because we went to the palace casino . We stay at Ip casino every year , but now we will go somewhere else .

I rate this as terrible for the following reasons: The hotel is not nearly as nice as their photos make it out to be. We had dinner in their most expensive restaurant:(32). My husband and myself got sick. We reported it and the person who said she was the manager; told us she would have the restaurant manager call us. Well, it has been 7 days and no call yet. The casino is rather smoky too. The best thing they have going is the check in staff at the front desk. Needless to say, we won't ever be returning there.

Fantastic place! Fun, friendly and great spa!
I read some reviews that were less than favorable but that was not our experience at all! Our first time but we will be back! The pool is fantastic too!

Not the best casino in the area but certainly in the top 5. We felt if was kind of smokey inside compared to some of the other casinos. Overall we had fun.

Was in Biloxi for an Expo & this was recommended. In checking they made a big deal out of the resort fee & the room would not be cleaned. We were spending 6 nights there & not to clean the room once & still charge the resort fee. Luckily, we ran in to a cleaning person & got some extra towels. We were to get 2 bottles of water daily, never received any. When we checked on it, we were told had to pick them up. Two people 6 days & only 1 1/4 rolls of toilet paper. Would think they could have thrown a roll into the room after a few days. Just open the door set water & toilet paper in.
The room was clean & comfortable. Hanging light fixture was broke & didn't work. Carpeting was worn & ripped in areas.

I have stayed at this casino many, many times. I don't think I will be doing it again! Where do I start......no valet parking.......no parking, period! The guy upfront said there is plenty of parking in the VIP or the parking garage. NOT! My hubby has bad knees and cannot walk far...no handicapped parking and they don't care!! Luckily someone was pulling out and we got a spot. Then, we get in the room and it smelled really musty, AC is obviously controlled by the hotel as I put it on 65 and it was nowhere near 65 the whole stay. Hallways were hot. Very rude employees at the restaurants and in the concert venue.....we came across 1 nice employee and that is it. For the price of the hotel, you are better off staying somewhere else like The Hard Rock or Beau Rivage!!!

Stated 6 nights from July 13-19 check in was a breeze even got in a few hours early. Days at the pool were excellent. Devin our server was very attentive and made you feel welcome. One of the pool attendants took her job a little to serious calm down it’s a pool. Heard others throughout the resort making comments about her also. Bartender Bo at the sports bar was awesome great service good food and very entertaining. Drinks in the casino came quick and servers were very friendly. All the resort staff we dealt with were very friendly. Great selection of slots gambled for hours and hours not big wins but didn’t lose much either. Loved your new mural! Had our picture taken in front of it. Infusion has great selection of food for odd hours eating. Not our first stay and definitely won’t be our last. Keep up the great work IP staff.

We are planning our first visit in December. I was told that drinks were free while playing in the casino & they do have smoking rooms. Is that correct? I also wanted to ask a question pertaining to your post: Do they give you a free dinner comp if you're signing up for the first time? That would be awesome! Thanks a bunch!

Yes; drinks are free while gambling (but please try and give a good tip to your server! You will find them more willing to keep an eye on your needs and also more willing to get you a special drink). Yes, the casino has plenty of smoking and non smoking rooms. They devote separate floors for each. Also, most of the gaming areas are smoking, but they do dedicate an area for non-smoking. Am not sure of the free buffet on player card signups but sounds logical. Several great restaurants to choose from ranging from modest to high, so you will be fine regardless! You can even pick up a fresh pizza on the first floor 24/7, so hope you enjoy.
What are the room rates and do you get a discount with a Boyd gaming card?

We have found that the room rates vary from $90 to $130 depending on day of week and time of year ( season). With the players Card we either get special rates at around $39 depending on amount of play or free rooms when play has been at the higher levels. It never hurts to call room bookings and see what they will offer you. We have been pleasantly surprised most of the time.

Where do get the tickets for the free buffet? We were new patrons gambling but never any mention of where to get the tickets?
Also where is the B and B in the hotel? Didn't know it was available.
We never found the downstairs pool. They need to have better signs or directions to their sights on the hotel.

As mentioned before when visiting any casino a loyalty card is a must ! So when you enter the casino go to the player club location and they will sign you up for a player club card . Use it whenever you play a slot . It will enter you in many drawings and free or half price food items . Also it will usually discount your rooms prices.
