Joanne at the counter service served myself and my 6 year old daughter who has adhd and was super in communication with myself and Emily she was most helpful in introducing the kids boxes and explained easily what was included

I came to the cinema to watch the new mermaid film and got kicked out for no valid reason. Multiple people complained about us and we weren’t informed on what was said about us. We were given no warning and just got straight kicked out. We did nothing to deserve to get kicked out and they have overdramatic policies and rules. I believe the cinema has to update this.Fuming,had no refund,and tickets to see another film not good enough

The cinema is clean and has great picture quality and sound always found the staff friendly & helpful.

Naively went to the cinema next followed by a meal in Nando’s next door.
Exceeded maximum parking, no option to pay on the day to extend if you are using businesses on the leisure park.
My advice if you are looking to combine a film and meal is to watch a short film and buy take away food. Or like myself, stay away from all businesses on the Zoom Leisure Park in future and go elsewhere.

Went to watch Halloween last night. We was greeted by a lovely guy called braydon. Film was horrendous but what a top guy. Helped us out when we spilled a drink. Great to talk and happy to help. Made up for how bad the film was

Visit cineworld in leigh on a regular basis. However last night at the 20.15 showing of Bad Boys for life no hot dogs for sale 😮. We always buy each visit with a drink but we’re told the last one had been sold. Couldn’t believe it as this is part of our treat at the cinema which we look forward to and enjoy 😊. The cinema wasn’t even busy so it totally baffles me as to why there were no hot dogs. Very poor to say the least. Having second thoughts now as to visit again , maybe look for a new venue, shame really.

the cinema is lovely comfy .reasonably priced .a small tip ...take ur own food as chocolate .popcorn expensive .you are allowed ur own food as long as its not spicy and no hot drinks or alcohol

Clean and modern cinema. Nice and friendly staff. Both films were really good but I wasn’t keen how the film makers made the ending.

Not much to say here. No particular praise but no complaints either. The place was clean, the staff were efficient. The prices were what you would expect in a cinema chain. Would come to this cinema again.
