‪I stayed at this place when I was living in St Louis. I drived from Creve Couer to Eureka to see how it works a Lavender Farm. It was the first contact that I had with lavender, but I kept this experience with me. It was relaxing and warm.‬

‪Beautiful lavender everywhere. Very tranquil place to visit. Bring walking shoes. Also bring your camera.‬

‪The winter took its toll on the lavender fields so you can't actually pick any but there is a delightful 100 year old farm house where you can sample lavender products ( lotions, oils, soaps) and buy plants to take home; they also have lavender flavored ice cream which was worth the trip alone. Took home a lavender brownie for the hubby. It was fun to sit for a while and look out over the pretty farm and ponds; it would be gorgeous with that field full of blooming lavender - maybe by next year! I still think it is worth a visit if you are in the area. The owners were really nice. There are some interesting classes over the summer that might be fun to participate in too. If they served lunch I would think business would be booming, but you can only get tea, ice cream, chocolates / dessert items. Still fun though.‬

‪This place is unique and lovely! When we went we simply strolled around, checked out the gift shop and had a drink and a lavender brownie. Who knew lavender was so delicious! I was enchanted by the beauty here, They have some scheduled events I want to check out in the future. Definitely worth going for the nature/gardening lover. ‬

‪Although the extreme cold has taken its toll on the actual lavender fields, the little store is still a treat to visit with so many lavender products from the expected lotions, soaps and fragrances to tasty snacks and cleaning supplies. Prices are what you would expect for a specialized boutique, setting is worth the tiny drive to find it. We'll be back.‬

‪We drove over an hour to go here. They play it up with the pictures on their website. It was a completes waste of time, all of the lavender was dead, which it happens, but then there was nothing to do except going through an overpriced gift shop, Which I guess if the lavender is a dead you have to raise the price. So we drove over an hour for 5 min in a gift shop.‬

‪We dropped in Friday morning and luckily caught the owners talk for a tourist group on lavender. She was AWESOME! Very interesting history of the plant, the actual farm, and the issues she is facing while attempting to battle weather patterns that have been hard on the plants. Beautiful, historical gift shop stocked with wonderful lavender products. Unexpectedly delightful!‬

‪I took my mother for a late Mother's Day celebration. We made reservations for the end of May. I loved the atmosphere in the old barn where we ate and we had a very cool day so no air condition was needed. I understand that the weather really should be a consideration when planning these teas and luncheons. I was also surprised to see that every table was full. Be prepared to share your table with at least 2 other couples. If you're lucky like we were, you'll love every minute of visiting with the new "friends" you were seated with! The food was absolutely delicious and the tea selection was extensive. You're allowed 2 teas, one before you eat and one after you eat. Everything from the tea to the main course and beyond had lavender in it. It was actually very very good! The owner of the farm gave a "talk" after the main courses were served (during desert) about the medicinal qualities of the lavender plant and how to take care of lavender. It was SO informative. The owner actually advised us not to buy anything from the gift shop before we heard her lecture. I VERY much appreciated that advice because I tend to be an impulse buyer and after the lecture, I had more knowledge about what purchases were wise. Missouri isn't known for great weather to support lavender plants so when you drive in, you'll probably notice that there are several "bald" spots in the ground, where once it grew lavender. Don't let that throw you off. A few years ago their land was FILLED with lavender. Do to Missouri's extreme weather, the farm has recently been struggling. There is still a lot of lavender plants to see and the farm uses their own lavender to make all of the soaps and skin care products, sprays and essential oils that they sell in the gift shop. I HIGHLY recommend a trip to Eureka to spend an afternoon enjoying the fresh air and the smell of lavender. If you let your mind get carried away, you might even think you're on a countryside in France:-)‬

‪I would not recommend that any family visit this Lavender Farm. The OWNER was incredibly rude, had awful customer service skills and disgraceful manners.

I went in July with my 2 and 6 year old children and another couple. We've been to Lavender Farms all over the nation and always enjoy this past time together. When my young son began to cry, the owner ran over and verbally assaulted us. When I tried to discuss the issue with him in a polite manner, he again verbally assaulted us, told us we were not welcome there and told us to leave immediately.

Disgraceful. Not only will I not support his farm, I will also not support his efforts in the local markets he is a part of in the local communities. Don't waste your time at this place.‬
