Mediocre at best, best stores are TJ Max-H & M. It’s a miracle those are here, Children’s Place constantly having going out of business sale. Food Court is REALLY dirty-yuck

I’ve been a resident of Joplin for many years and remember when Northpark Mall was built. It’s the only enclosed mall in town and it really meets most of my needs. It has a Penney’s, Macy’s and several other clothing stores, a selection of smaller boutiques and a small food court. I also like to walk here in bad weather and there’s a nice one-mile path marked. I still go lWalmart and use Amazon but this is a nice mall

Its a good mall. Clean and spacious. Shortage of men's clothing stores. Wish it had an Eddie Bauer, but can't have it all.

Disappointed in the selection of men's clothing stores but everything else is great. I cannot believe how massive the Vintage Stock location is there. The employees were so, so helpful too. The Tilt arcade was surprisingly big and had a great selection of games. High quality food court too. Mall was clean and had a lot of conveniently located entrances. Will go there again if in the area.

Northpark Mall is a very good place to shop for most of your needs. It has a good variety of stores & a good food court. My wife is especially fond of Jo Anns fabrics for her quilting and sewing activities. The Mall is always very clean & the customer service has been very good in our experience. Many of the name stores are found in the Mall. It is conveniently located on Rangeline Rd., which is the main street in Joplin for shopping, restaurants, car dealers, etc.

Pretty good food court options (lots of variety, such as chinese, chic-fila, burger king, subway, dq orange julius). An arcade and quite a few other little rides and attractions to keep the little ones entertained. Good variety in stores, and pleased to see that, while there were a good number of closed spaces, there was still enough stores to make it an enjoyable experience. Would go back.

Visited this mall and loved all the stores and all the options for dining and entertainment. This is a lovely mall and very spacious.

Loved all the stores,it was not crowded at all which shocked me but was on a thursday evening.They were having good sales,cant wait to go back and go in more stores.

The mall does have a few good stores. It is small but serves its purpose. It has your major go to stores like Macy’s and jcpenny.

TJMaxx offers some very nice decor and beauty products as well as clothing and accessories for women, men and children.
Staff and management are very helpful.
Sears is also a good store in this mall.Excellent tools, electronics, housewares, and major appliances as well as clothing.
Of course there are lots of small clothing shops and other shops in this mall, and a BIG food court!

Yes, wheelchairs are at the mall office. We rented a wheelchair once.
