‪It is a really taxky display. Veterans deserve better. This looks like something you make in your first few craft classes. Sorry. I know this is not a popular opinion but it looks cheap.‬

‪This may very well be where I am laid to rest. I had not been to the Memorial until this year, but kept passing by as I would travel to the VA in Poplar Bluff. This is a serene well kept haven of our nations finest. If you have the opportunity, there is no greater honor than visiting these soldiers on holidays, or just any ordinary day can be made special. I love walking among my fallen comrades and honor their names and service.‬

‪I personally designed this memorial for the city of West Plains as a part of sectional Memorial Park. I included the MERCHANT MARINE as a branch of military long overloooked. The memorial was designed as Dragon's teeth in homage to our WWII vets, with each tooth baring the name of a Military branch. Each tooth also defends its' branch flag, while forming the "Circle of Defense" guarding each other's backs. The memorial is surrounded by bricks baring the names of Vets both living and dead. The memorial is near a children's park, picnic area and bathrooms, in the People's Park of West Plains.‬
