Displays are nicely kept and well organized. Inclusions of the Chinese culture are wonderful. I saw things I have never seen before and that is saying something.

Great volunteers, knowledge about the historic events of this gold mining town. Lots of artifacts. Definitely worth visiting. Library upstairs. Dogs welcome, great staff. Beautiful brick historic building.

Town is not real big & it would be silly if you don't see it all. Take the time and view the family collection where you will see a part of history of these families & the hardships they lived every day

Three amazing family collections - guns, bones, art, photos, clothing and an Indian Treaty! Great for all ages - and the building is very nice!
