This is a well designed mixed use development. A central drive bisects the development terminating at a Casino. Upon entry the buildings are commercial/retail. Along the central spine, the ground level has food & beverage and quality shops. Upper floors are condominiums. Architectural style is Post Modern reinforced by nicely designed landscape architecture.

A great selection of restaurants and shops. There is plenty of parking with a nice casino. A great alternative for a break from the strip if you're visiting. We had a lovely meal at Bella Vita.

I have been going out to Vegas for 13 years and always make a trip to visit The District at Green Valley. Went out to Vegas September 5th and enjoyed live nightly music outside at Bella Vita Restaurant. Walking through the area at night is very relaxing and safe. Love that Whole Foods is within walking distance from the hotel.

The District has everything! The shopping is good. The hotel casino and sports book are excellent! The many restaurants at the District and the casino resort hotel were of highest quality. Our favorites were Kings Fish House, Pizza Rock, and Lucille's BBQ

The location and shops are very appealing. Shop employees very helpful ,outgoing and friendly. Benches outside the stores make it eay to take a break. Several places to grab a quick bite. Easy access to Green Vally Resort and Casino. Always stop and visit at the District when visiting Vegas

So happy to have happened upon this place in my exploring. It is all outdoors and has so many unique shops and restaurants as well as commonly known such as Soma, Bath and Body. Lucille's BBQ and Panera Bread. They have beautiful string lights throughout the area and plenty of cushy couches and chairs to sit, chill and visit. Above the shops are apts. So cool and urban!

Nice pedestrian walk, shops and Restaurants. Great place to hang out for the evening for dinner and shopping.

We had dinner at Shake Shack and enjoyed a little shopping after. There are several places to eat and shop. Pets are welcome. There is a small splash pad for the children, but currently it is under construction. It is located next to Green Valley Ranch Hotel Casino, where you can catch a movie as well.

We walked around the district after a day at a conference. They have nice shops. The night we were there, there was live music. There are a few choices for eating and lots of places to chose from for shopping. It was great to get outside the casino and get some fresh air.

We stumbled upon The District. The most amazing area. About 20 shoppes and food places. At the end is the Green Valley Casino. The shoppes are on a cobblestone way. White lights frame the walkway. The casino was affordable. $10 tables. $5 roulette tables. A fun evening.
