‪Great family team building‬

‪We had an incredible time with five teens and three adults working through the many challenges. It was so fun to see how everyone tried to solve the same things in such different ways. Highly recommend for a family outing. ‬

‪Absolute Worst‬

‪My family and I have done several escape rooms and this had to be the worst. We did Dr. Ensaine and had several things not work for us to move onto the next clue. Even the employee couldn't help us and tried herself and was unsuccessful and had to just let us through to the next sections. We were so frustrated and discourage that it ruined the evening. I would never recommend this establishment to anyone in the Sparks area.‬

‪A Very Nice Family Night Out!‬

‪I did this with my Son (his 13th birthday), and other friends and family. It was really fun and challenging! Not all of the clues you encounter necessarily lead logically to where you need to be going, but enough of them do to make it fun and interesting. At times, you really must "think outside the box" in order to get outside the box (the room)!‬

‪Time cut short‬

‪Brought five kids here for my daughter's birthday. I did not participate, so this is going off of what the kids told me afterwards. They did Dr. Ensaine - said the room was really cool and well put together. It was definitely fun and challenging. The only problem was their time was cut short. They had not escaped, but the attendant came in and told them their time was up. When they got their phones out of the locker, they realized they still had 10-15 minutes left of the hour. Kids being kids, they did not say anything and only told me once we were in the car. If you go, just keep an eye on the clock and make sure you get your money's worth.‬

‪Awesome attention to detail!‬

‪The staff is super friendly! The room was very clean and the theme was amazing throughout! The clues were hard but not impossible and things fit together nicely was solved! The host was amazing! Gave us enough of a hint to keep us moving but still allowed us to problem solve! ‬

‪Team Building‬

‪Our facility chose to use Key and Code for a team building/celebration event. We had a group of 11 of us. We did the Dr. Ensaine room. We had so much fun working together on the puzzles and successfully escaped the room with only a few minutes to spare. All of us really enjoyed the experience and it gave us a great opportunity to work together and bond.‬

‪Horrible Host‬

‪Our host seemed bored and disconnected the entire experience. We had to ask several times for clues because she either wasn’t listening to us, had walked away from the monitor, or was otherwise distracted. The string clue in our room was knotted, making us waste time unknotting it to use it.whoever set the room back up in between guests was lazy. We’ve been here three times before and always left happy. This was a horrible experience ‬

‪Twisted treatment, twisted flow&service‬

‪With 6 people we did the new room Calle twisted treatment. The puzzle was said to be difficult, really it had no flow and the answers didn't jive with the story line. Our experience with rooms is many and all upon completion before time is up, and sometimes with the help of clues. When we asked for clues several times in this room the person did not answer several times as we tried to contact them with no avail we gave up and kept trying. The person took longer than expected to contact several times for clues. We did finish with a few minutes left, but all of us left feeling very frustrated. Mostly because our guide that night was very unresponsive after several times trying to contact them for clues. Disappointed. ‬
