One of our favorite stops when on route 16 to North Conway or beyond. Take time to grab a to-go lunch at the J Town Deli and take your picnic here by the falls.

Easy to get to, just off the road. Worth a visit and a nice to wander around Jackson afterwards. Very pretty especially as we visited in the fall

Such a beautiful spot. Bring a book and a drink and enjoy. We were there during a drought and there was plenty of water in the river.

Short walk from Wentworth Inn to a pretty falls, through a lovely neighborhood. Locals were enjoying the falls on a hot day. You can walk along the road or on the easy to navigate path/rocks.

Overall we thought the falls were okay. Maybe we were not as impressed with the falls as other people seem to be in these reviews because we haven't gotten a lot of rain lately and maybe they aren't as impressive as they usually are in the spring. We also just came from Glenn Ellis Falls and we thought the bottom of those falls was really impressive. The falls are definitely worth a stop if you are in the area, but I personally would not make this my only destination.

Jackson Falls are easy to find. Just turn at The Wentworth. Although there aren't a lot of parking spots at the upper falls, if you find one, you'll be rewarded with a beautiful cool spot to picnic, stroll, or swim. I can see why it is so popular!

Beautiful. Running full due to spring run-off. Perfect place to sit and enjoy nature. Right in town, just a few steps off the road. Loved it.

If you have a few minutes and there is a parking spot well worth stopping. Not spectacular but very serene

The Falls themselves are really pretty and great to visit however as others have commented the parking is woefully limited.
Recently the Wentworth inn have commandered the parking area by the lower part of the falls reducing the parking options considerably, and resulting in a lot of people not being able to visit the falls. This is especially true for people with mobility issues. Very sad.

These remarkably accessible and popular photogenic waterfalls in Jackson village were a pleasant surprise. Limited parking was roadside. Trails on natural, uneven surfaces led to viewpoints. Among the site’s few amenities were a portable toilet and informational signage. We liked all that we saw here; we disliked nothing except the limited parking.

In July there was a port o potty by the upper parking lot at the top of the hill.

Hi, We are coming to Mt Washington next month, but would live to visit other state parks whike in the area. I was looking at the photos, but wanted to ask if there are any steep trails to the falls. I had Knee surgery a few months back and am not allowed any heavy hiking. Any info would be appreciated. Thank you

Yes! I was there in winter and it was amazing and beautiful ! You can park near the falls and stand on the bridge to see the falls
