Hello, I have called and left multiple messages to be contacted about our visit on 2/7/23. My husband , 3 kids and I came with a group called "Friends with chelsea on 2/8/23. The night before we all got a hotel close by so that we can go snow tubbing . One of the other guests ended up slamming the hotel door onto my sons Left ring finger at around 10pm the night before, forcing us to go to an urgent care. It ended up being his finger was shattered and needed to get more xrays and such. Me and my two daughters were able to go tubing however my husband had to stay behind with my son . This was not any of our faults however we should get refunded the two tickets. I have the documentation to prove the series of events and can send those over to you. I would like to say my experience here was great however I called about 4 times and left numerous VM and personally spoke to the associates to have someone call me back, and no one has called me back. I work in customer service and am a manager. To not respond at all for 4 weeks is horrible. Especially if it was means beyond our control. I want someone to call me back and do the right thing and refund for my son and husband. I would hope this establishment is fair and not about making the bottom dollar on folks who could not control the series of events.

Went for Snowtubing in late December....booked online for tubing tickets for a 2 hour slot..11 -1 Pm
However when you get there, they make you stand in another line to get the tags itself....by the time we got to the top of the line, we had lost 25 minutes and they would not extend the time though we got in the line at 10.45 Am initially
what is the point of issuing online tickets if you have to wait in line again at the resort
? ski areas seems small

We like to go snow tubing at Campgaw every winter! It is sometimes very crowded especially on school breaks and weekends as it is a slightly small place, but if you go at a pretty empty time/or on an empty day, then it is a very very great place. Everything is clearly safe and well-priced. The staff is very kind and encouraging to people new at the activity and to young kids that are nervous. 100% would recommend.

used to go to campgaw several times a year. not sure what happened to the place - dont think mgmt have any idea how much revenue theyre missing out on because they aren't bringing back a terrain park (even a beginner level one!). this place used to be where i would gladly take my kids and friends. extremely disappointed, won't be returning. take your money to the poconos or ny resorts instead. left early with my family because it got so boring.

I’ve had to deal with not one but very very rude mangers who refused to give me an extension on an earlier pass I was given when one of their employee misbehaved with our kids. Because of COVID I wasnt able to use the passes which were given in end 2019. I explained to them I was away in December to Feb for an extended vacation and when COVID hit in 2020, my younger one wasn’t vaccinated till December 2021. That’s when I called them to renew the pass( I had also called them in 2020 to let them know of the COVID difficulty and was told it’s no problem when I come next). Upon inquiring to ask to talk to a manager or owners they’ve blocked me
On Instagram. I just msged on Facebook but I think it’s the same ladies who deal with the online responses are the ones who spoke to me. Very very unprofessional and Uncourteous.
They have a general rude policy so I’m sure I’m not the only one alone who witnessed this behavior.
We will definitely never return there. Not one but 3 bad experiences. Shame on you

I first went snowboarding in Campgaw in 2003 when I was a teenager. As much as I hate the cold, I always wanted to try to ski. I booked a private lesson for $159.00 with the gear and a ski lift ticket included. I was told to not use the poles as a beginner so I did not take them. Hans was a fantastic instructor and I really excelled with him. Hans was encouraging, exciting, experienced, and great at teaching. Later, I tried to ski on the highest point off of the ski lift, but I had to be rescued due to its steepness! The first and lower point off of the ski lift is a better place for a beginner to start, but it was difficult for me to get off of the ski lift (I fell!). It is best to probably arrive an hour before on an early Friday afternoon in order to sign waivers and to pick up the gear; it also is very quiet when school is occurring. Most of the staff was friendly, and I enjoyed skiing in temperatures of about 55 degrees Fahrenheit. It got busier once the school session ended, but it was cool to ski at night with the slopes lit up. I lasted about four (4) hours!

HORRIBLE Customer serive. they are greedy. CINDY WAS INSENSITIVE AND VERY RUDE. dont go there its a waste of money

I went snow tubing with my 6 yo. It would be more accurate to call it ice tubing even though the day before it snowed nice thick fluffy snow. It was really harrowing. The only way my tube stopped was by bashing into the netting. The second time I went through the first net and got caught by the second net (with a nice drop past it)! I know I’m overweight lol but nowhere near the 300 lb maximum! My 6 yo said it was way too bumpy. We went twice before calling it quits. I’ve gone elsewhere and this did not happen.

Was excited to go skiing as the website said they open at 10am. Drove an hour to find out they don’t open at 2 pm and on a weekday. Called to ask if open and person on phone said yes. Very disappointed.

Purchased advanced tubing tickets as recommended and as we have been doing for years, but on that day it was raining heavily. When called the office to cancel was told that since we are opened I can't cancel and either I come in or loose my tickets. This is a total ripoff. Can can you see kids tube when it is raining? How can kids carry heavy tubes when it is slippery with water over snow and ice. I am very disappointed in Campgaw management and customer service.
