First time here and booked massages for a girl's day with my best friend. Erin and Carmela were our masseuses, We had 80 min stress relief massages that did not disappoint. The entire staff was very nice and we will definitely be back for a day of pampering and request Carmela and Erin.

BEWARE. CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS!!!! So had 2 appointments today for myself and my girlfriend. Made them 2 months ago. Got here and they told me one of our specialists called out sick YESTERDAY and that they tried calling me yesterday. I showed them I had no missed calls and no voicemails. Total BS. This is the THIRD time this has happened at this location. My girlfriend AND I both drove over 1 1/2 hours to get here! She from Westchester snd me from the shore. I have been coming here for over a decade but have had issues the last 3 yrs with their customer service. Wrong service booked, rude specialists. Not the same anymore.

This review is for the Hackensack location.
What an awesome pedicure! From the time I walked in to the time I left everyone was very friendly, even other customers. Not sure why others state that the front staff is rude, they weren’t today!
I had a gift certificate and decided to split it with my sister for her birthday. We did the 90 minute pedicure that was absolutely delightful. Your in this separate room that only has 4 chairs in it. Relaxing zen music playing. Valerie was my pedicurist. There was a wide selection of nail polishes to choose from. Valerie began the pedicure just like any other ones I have had, with cleaning the nails, trimming them, etc. I have a fungus big toe from trauma and she did a wonderful job on it! After the cleaning and trimming of the nails along with callous removal, she then did the foot scrub that felt so good. Then came the money! The massage! 25 minutes of reflexology. GLORIOUS!!! Then paraffin was put on under hot towels for 10 minutes! This felt so good! Cleaned up the nails a little more and applied the polish. It was such a nice relaxing, beautiful experience!
Everything was very clean. They give you the buffer and emery board they used to take home or they toss it.
I would definitely return and recommend to others!

I had a 50 minute Swedish massage yesterday and it was one of the best massages I’ve had in a long time! My masseuse Angela was amazing and I highly recommend her! I will definitely be asking for her when I book my next massage.

We went for the couples package of hot tub and Swedish massage. Worth it, given the pricing here.
I honestly am not a very big fan of these things so please read my review with that in mind.
It was nice while it lasted is the way I’d summarize my experience, no lasting effect.
The tub was great - hot and steamy and very relaxing. They said, it was over and I felt itself same afterwards.
Same with the massage - nice while it lasted but no more.
