I am both a practitioner and teacher at Shree and it is an exceptional studio in many respects. Highly skilled teachers, a large range of classes from challenging to restorative and chair yoga. It is a wonderful environment. You feel a connection to source being so close to nature.

I was in the area on business and feeling stressed. I did a search on Yoga Studios and after looking at a few sites I found Shree. In the class schedule I saw a restorative with meditation. I couldn’t resist and what a reward I got. The place and the setting look magical. The teacher was amazing, really good. I’m going back every time I’m in the area.

I’ve been doing yoga for 12 years and have tried a bunch of studios in our area and Shree is my favorite by far! My husband started doing yoga 15 years ago when Shree first opened and has never tried another studio! Peaceful setting, amazing teachers, and a warm, welcoming and inspiring community!

I have been studying and practicing yoga for nearly 20 years, for 15 of those at Shree Yoga in Saddle River. I have practiced many times with all of the teachers at Shree. They are extraordinarliy knowledgable and skilled at teaching all levels of yoga. Beginner classes focus on key, basic alignments and the teachers modify poses for those who find them challenging. There are classes for all levels of practitioners, which allows students to progress as their abilities increase. I highly recommend this studio for anyone who wants to explore the practice of yoga deeply, with teachers who are trained to expand the student's practice while preventing injuries.

Such a beautiful, serene setting with amazing, knowledgeable instructors. Not just another place to workout, but a caring community of yogis. I've been to numerous studios throughout the area and I always go back to Shree! if your goal is to practice yoga in a safe, compassionate environment, this studio is for you.
