Ki massage plays soft music all the time and the staff is kind and friendly. Feel body relaxed and energy refilled after having traditional massage there.

5 star rating for a five star massage. This is not one of those places where people try and drag you in. It was pretty busy end December so I had to book in advance, and the price is reasonable.
I was pleasantly surprised how good / strong the deep tissue massage was. I have high pain threshold and the intensity / force applied was perfect. I really enjoyed the back + neck + finger + toe cracking as well. If you enjoy deep tissue massages, being walked on all over the body and enjoy being sore the next day, this is definitely the place to go. Absolutely loved it!!!

I absolutely hate leaving a bad review especially post covid but I think without feedback you can't improve and to be honest I'm quite shaken up and in pain just an hour after. I booked 2 traditional massages via WhatsApp for myself and my husband, confirmed at reception I wanted a traditional massage and then again when the masseuse was washing my feet. I think it's important to stress at this point that I go for massages regularly at home aswell as regularly in Asia where we travel annually, I have a really high pain tolerance in general and have had many deep tissue and sport massages previously. From the get go my massage was overly deep and painful, the first 30 minutes the girl used her feet while standing heavily on my back, I wasn't asked at any point how I was although I'm pretty certain you could tell I was struggling as I was so tense and lifting my body off the bed at certain points. I was told to relax while I can only describe her jumping 3 times on my back to 'crack' it - no crack just watery eyes. The worst part was my ankles she turned them to the side at one point and stood on them as part of the massage, I genuinely worried that she might snap my ankle and the right is still painful when I'm walking - I think some damage was caused but we'll see how the next few days go. When I turned round I asked her is this what a traditional massage feels like and she said no it's shiatsu, I reiterated that I asked for a traditional massage and that it was very intense and she laughed and said I was strong. I hold myself partly responsible I should have just stopped the treatment and left but my husband was somewhere else in the property and I think I was in shock. I read the reviews and although most are pre lockdown I think I was just unlucky with my masseuse and experience. There were people at reception returning from the day previous and my husband said his was reasonable in quality if not particularly memorable.

Came here twice over 3 days. Tried both traditional and Ashiatsu massage. Prefer the latter as I like harder pressing. Both are good anyway

Great service, relatively cheap and amazing massage. Highly recommend Sakara (apologies as I have no doubt misspelt her name). She was excellent. Best massage I’ve had ever.

Excellent from reservations to receptionist. Friendly therapist and very relaxing place and massage. Clean and comfortable amenities.

First massage I get in over a year and Ki shiatsu was definitely the place to go. I had the most amazing deep tissue massage.
I was very sore for working out, some part of it was amazingly painful. My glutes, and hamstring had been bothering me for a while. This massage gave me the relieve I needed.
The place is super clean, with a nice relaxing music. I highly recommend it to anyone who needs a true deep tissue massage (not a rub)

Посетили это место 7 раз,всё было хорошо,была всегда довольна массажем,и муж тоже. В последний раз были сильно разочарованы,заплатили за два часа массажа,и я получила одни поглаживания. Причём все остальные разы,всё было хорошо. Сложилось впечатление,что начали работать на поток. Аккуратно высказалась по поводу поглаживания. Попросили о скидке в следующий сеанс. Отказали. Тогда попросила номер их босса,но и в этом тоже отказали. Место хорошее,но обидно,что не пошли на встречу. Тем более,что я постоянный клиент,и не впервые в этом спа.

My preferred masseuse often fully booked. So I ask the receptionist for most requested masseuse. Massage is uncomfortable and not the nicest attitude the masseuse has. Just two things that made it worse. When she pull stretch my toes, it was done on one toe only, not the other remaining toes. When she starts on my neck, I'm about to say "don't crack it" but not even letting me finish my sentence she cut and responded "I know what I'm doing". That's just very horrible and unsafe. How can you know what your client wants if you don't listen to them? Everyone has a painful point and you need to listen to your clients preference. The massage quality today is not worth what I paid. Need to upgrade and train masseuses to have similar quality.

Today was my first time at Ki, I have to say I am very impressed, there reviews from others don't lie this place is amazing and the therapist was lovely knowing it was my first time she let me know and asked me the whole way through if I was ok - yes they do walk on your back, legs and shoulders they crack your back feet and hands - this was a great massageI would highly recommend this place if you need a good therapeutic massage and have tension - I feel amazing and look forward to returning during my stay in Bali

It's pretty amazing that they have actually taken bookings through here but it is best to call them or drop in rather than leave a message here. Think about how you would normally book appointments. I am guessing it wouldn't be from a third party website question area ;)
