Great food and service for 10 people for a family get together! Great pizza and wings and salads. Good service and place was clean.

I actually wouldn’t recommend the pizza at this establishment. They do have plenty of other food selections that are very good. There’s a lot of parking and outside seating by the pond is excellent.

Went to the Brickhouse out of pure convenience. We stayed next door at the Hampton Inn and walked over. We were pleased to soon find out the food was amazing. We got the chicken nachos were were delicious. Made with real pulled chicken, wasn’t typical frozen bagged, pre chopped chicken most restaurants use. The Pizza was also very good, we are pizza lovers from an town with a large Italian demographic and this pizza was just as good as pizza we would find at home.

Made a reservation and Went here with family including 2 kids on a Sunday afternoon. Upon arrival we stood at the door for about 10 minutes before a server came over. Our reservation wasn't written down. The server brought us to the bar area to seat us. A large group at the table next to us advised us the table we were seated at was reserved for them and pointed to the reserved sign on the table so my party of 7 got up and went back out to the hostess table where we stood for a few more minutes. The place was not busy at all and a couple servers were walking back and forth observing us standing there. We finally just sat ourselves. Once seated servers were walking by us so after a few minutes we just helped ourselves to the menus at the hostess station. At this point we were all aggravated and about to get up to leave when a server finally came to take our drink order. Server was very friendly. Upon ordering some appetizers we were given plates and silverware to pass around the table, 3 of the 7 plates were filthy with old food stuck to them and the server kindly replaced them. Appetizer portions were very small compared to the first time I came here when they first opened, (kind of similar to how Joe's Crab Shack was before they closed).
Compared to the first time I was here the quality of service has gone down hill as well as the food and portions and it's just a matter of time before this place closes down. It appears they cut staff and food portions so what's next.
Won't be back, they don't deserve the business. I wonder what restaurant from this chain will go in here next!

No complaints about the food; most of the table ordered lasagna and it was plentiful enough to take some home. Good salad, choice of Italian bread or garlic completed a well done dinner.
A little downside; however, staff was very chit-chatty and could be heard talking and laughing during dinner. A little interruption...

Stopped in to try the Brickhouse out recently on a Sunday for dinner. We had a good server. The food was very good. We will be back.

My wife and I have been here 5-6 times over the past several months. We really like this place as far as the atmosphere and friendly service and could see it as a go to for us. But, the menu is very limiting, especially if you are trying to eat healthy, as we are. There just isn't much on the menu that is appealing to us. There are a few salads, but kind of an odd selection and nothing very inspiring, having tried 2 or 3 of them. We understand that menu changes are in the works, so we are hopeful. From our perspective here are a few things that would really enhance the menu, none of which are currently offered: Turkey burger, veggie or black bean burger, ahi tuna salad, a nice salmon fillet over field greens, beet salad, and kale salad.

This is a great restaurant for pizza and football! They have individual TVs in the booths/tables so the kids can watch cartoons while we watch the games. The service is friendly and food is excellent. We usually get the garlic/cheese bread along with the NY style pizza. The pizza is crispy and definitely one of the best in the area. The only complaint I have is when we ordered pizza for pick up. After we got it home it was so burnt we couldn't eat it! We should have opened and checked it before we left but since we never had a problem before, assumed it wouldn't have been then.

My wife and myself met friends at the Brichouse for a casual dinner in early October. The New Brichouse relocated from just up the road to it's new location earlier in the year. Why you may ask.? Ambiance. The Brickhouse relocated to the space which previously housed an Indian restaurant. What is unique about this restaurant is the outdoor deck which sports a circular bar, and outdoor dining in Clifton Park. This is one of a kind because it sits near a pond near the mall. It is was easy to relax and enjoy the view in this unusual setting. We had a round of drinks followed by calamari and antipasto as appetizers. We order a 12 cut pizza from an extensive menu and it was delicious. They did not loose their touch with this move. I would highly recommend The Brickhouse for dinner.
