So fun amazing rides. Totally recommended. Staff were amazing. There was a long line for food but it was worth it as the food was good. Great for kids and adults. Good parking facilities, the lockers were a bit tricky but actually worked well. The park was big enough to have plenty to do but not too big. A good family day out.

I took my boys this past weekend for the first time. When we arrived we met Lee Ann who was so welcoming and most informative. She answered all of our questions and took time to speak with us with any concerns we had. we had a great time! There was even a green shirt supervisor who learned my son's name by the end of the day for good reason! He was laughing and joking with him about The Mets and made a point to ask abut our experience there. At the end of the day we met with Lee Ann again and let her know about the wonderful time we had and how grateful we were for the courtesy extended to us. .. we even had the chance to meet Sharon who again was so kind and courteous to ensure our day was an enjoyable one. we are so grateful to the staff who made our day was most enjoyable one. we are planning a trip again next weekend before summmer ends!

I had typed a lengthy review but somehow it disappeared. We rented a cabana and it was at the other end of the park. No description online that it was not suitable for handicap or in my case, a person with respiratory problems. They had also place chairs in front of our cabana which was available for anyone who wanted to sit there in front of us. The jumbo cabana included $75 food voucher but you could only use it for a hamburger, hot dog or chicken fingers. There were 2 food places. One was a pizza place near us but it was closed and the other was at the other end of the park. We waited in line for our food for an hour and a half. Yes, 1-1/2 hours. You cannot bring in your own food to the park so you have to buy. The water slides are not placed age appropriately. The children's rides are not all i n the same area. The closed the park after a while because they announced what could be an impending storm. A lady neighbor said they do that all the time. I could go on and on with all the things that are wrong with this water park so in my opinion, don't waste your money!

We booked a jumbo cabana. Little did we know that it was on the other side of the park. They should say which cabana's are more for handicapped people. Having respiratory problems and the walk to the cabana took a toll on me. The cabana included a $75 food voucher but you couldn't pick anything totalling $75. You had to pick a hamburg, hot dog or chicken fingers. Now there are 2 food places on the park. The one nearest us was a pizza place but it was closed that day so once again we had to walk to the other side of the park the other food place and wait in line for one and a half hours. Yes, 1-1/2 hours!! for a hamburger. Because you cannot bring any food into the park. You have to buy their food. The lines were long for each water activity and they were not designed age appropriate, i.e. kids in one section and adults in another. Can't say much more except that we live in between 2 water parks and water country in Portsmouth, NH definitely gets my vote for best water park. Don't waste your time going here.

I went with my family and checked the weather before going. We spent a little over $200 in tickets to have to leave an hour later due to the rain and cold weather. Never was able to get in any rides or the pools due to the cold and you can't even get refunded for walking basically in and out.

It seems that you have written this negative review due to the cool/rainy weather on your visit and that you did not have the chance to experience Zoom Flume and our water attractions. I had been here two years ago I was surprised that after covid they would have hand sanitizer stations or at least in the bathrooms not even there. Nobody wiped tables down.There was a woman wearing a thong in the kiddy pool.they need to have more adult workers.

Zoom Flume is a great waterpark for families. The park offers enough water rides to keep kids of all ages cool and happy all day,yet isn't such a large park that you get tired of walking more than playing. The prices are reasonable and there is even a place to stay overnight, next door to the park

Good fun for kids and adults. Some ride have been the same for a while but they did recently add the Typhoon Twister which in my opinion was the most fun ride. They have rides for individuals, pairs, and groups. I like the Wild River. Lines weren't so long that day because there was a prediction of a thunder storm. The wave pool is a great place to hang out without lines. Food is expensive but good - they grill the burgers right there in front of you. We did bring some of our own fruits and snacks but they don't allow like outside food (from restaurants, catering, etc.).

I took my adventurous 5 year old there on a recent Monday & he closed the park down! I couldn’t drag him out by 6pm! He met the height requirement for most attractions & is more fearless than I am so he pushed me out of my comfort zone. The park was spotless, friendly staff & since it was a Monday, the lines, if any, were short. The wave pool was very cool. There was hardly any shade but you could buy a cabana. The food selection was limited but you could pack a lunch. Since kids are happy with fries, pizza & ices, he didn’t mind. Older kids were having a blast too as were the adults. The park was the perfect size & fit for is us & an easy drive from Woodstock. 😀💦☀️

The rides are great for our 5 and 9 year olds. The park is small enough to keep an eye on them and they can go on rides by themselves which made them feel like super heroes. There was a reptile show which was a cool break. Food was good and avg $ (10 bucks for a hamburger, fries and a drink. I didn’t see any alcohol which is a huge win for us because it seems like every other park, including Disney, is okay with ppl being wasted at their parks. Not here- very family friendly and we will def be coming back. Stayed at a cool place in windham ny about 20 mins away.

I think you are asking the park staff here, hopefully they respond.
I can tell you about the latest new attraction "Typhoon Twister" - as I took a photo of the sign on the way out of the park. Must have two riders per tube. "Each rider must be between 50 and 225 lbs - max total of 400 lbs. Riders must be 48" tall." The other twisty tube water rides are similar. My 13 year old son and I are both over the limits and we were limited to the straight slip slides and the "Wild River" large "family" tube ride. Really wanted to zip line......nope. If you are a person of size: it's the 4ft. wave pool, Wild River, and a couple of slides.
Can we bring outside food?

They do have kids sprinklers, the wave pool is a bit too much, but pelican bay is a wading pool; the lazy river is wonderful as you ride & baby sits on your lap. Groupon offers a food discount; there are other discounts depending on how many go on the internet. Bring a small cooler for drinks & snacks.. Don't forget towels to dry off & lay on. Lockers as well as carts are available for a small fee. Enjoy! Cabana @ wave pool great!
