I did partake on Landmark Tours but as a visitor to Niagara Falls they really ruined my visit. The tour guide was flat out obnoxious. He had a very large party of mostly non-English speaking visitors who he obviously had a difficult time keeping track of in the line for Cave of the Winds. As my husband and I were entering the line the tour guide outstretched his arm as if to block my way and let 20+ people get in front of us. Then later in line he stuck another 10 people under the rope in who had left line to get something to eat at the snack bar. None of the employees at Cave of the Winds noticed this until we were about to enter the elevator. When the tour guide realized he was caught he quickly scampered away. It was beyond rude and if this is the policies of this company, they should be absolutely ashamed. Every visitor, regardless of they are on your tour bus or not needs to be respected for their time and their experiences as well.
