‪We got you surrounded City Hall‬

‪Venders surround City Hall with Super fresh produce at amazing prices along with many other artisan products. The Amish were even there peddling their delicacies. Great place to stock up for the week.‬

‪Everything was so fresh and crisp! It was a beautiful experience with an amazing community feel. Having the live musicians was an added bonus! Absolutely loved everything about it! Highly recommend‬

‪Great Market ‬

‪We made a last minute decision to check this out when we realized it took place on Sunday, and we were in the area needing something to do. Lots of great vendors, and quite varied as well. Many vendors offer samples, and the produce all looked wonderful. My 14 year old daughter found a ring she liked, which was nice for her. I'd go back if given the chance, and if I lived locally I'm sure I'd go quite often.‬

‪Part of our regular Sunday routine‬

‪We use the market to supplement our food sourcing if not to use it as a primary source for some items! Eggs, fresh greens, reindeer meat, Freddy's Rockin' Hummus, Vermont Spatzle, fish (when he is there!), pesto....and the other food groups: Yankee Distillery Bourbon.....treats from food vendors.....we would rather give our money to these local entrepreneurs and happily support the wonderful products we receive in return.‬

‪Live entertainment with the courthouse as a backdrop made the market that more enjoyable. The selection was impressive: fresh meats and fish, every variety of mushroom imaginable, tons of fresh veggies, numerous honey items, fresh cheeses and of course, apples. Be careful though with apples come bees. Bring your appetite too. There's plenty of lunch options.‬

‪A Nice Place to Stroll but Nothing Special‬

‪We went to Greenmarket for the first time today. Although it was a nice place to walk, sample, and buy, it was not any more special than other markets in the area. I was disappointed by the repetitiveness of the vendors. We also came home with baked goods that weren't fresh which is shocking for a farmer's market. I think I'd rather go to Troy or the many other markets offered in Albany.‬

‪This compact but lively green market has become very popular Sunday gathering spot right in the city's downtown, in front of the Schenectady City Hall. Great variety of vendors with veggies, ethnic take-home delights, craft beers/wines/booze, organic meats, schrooms, honey and so much that you would expect to find in a classy and modern farmers' market. Live music, assorted baked goods and friendly crowds; always enjoyable‬
