I rec'd a gift certificate and cant even manage to schedule an appt. If I call I'm on hold so long I have to hang up. I send an email as instructed and they respond with call to schedule. I advised her that I am a very busy healthcare worker in the hospital and I have a hard time calling. She said I do not have your number so I cant call you. I could of provided it if I was given a chance to. We play email tag for a few times when I finally gave up. I have tried this 3 times now. Customer service is not very helpful and what good is a gift cert when you cant seem to redeem it. I guess they win

My first time at a spa, and it was fabulous! I got a very needed facial with Angela (amazing experience) and a fabulous massage (so relaxing). I forget his name but he and Angela are wonderful and I recommend both of them. Next time I plan to get there earlier so that i have time to enjoy the jacuzzi first. Everyone was very friendly and professional. I consider Ahsi a must-experience :)

I asked for hair perm style in first picture ended up with picture 2 very upset nothing good about experience!

Pampered at Ahsi Day Spa. The staff from reception, nail tech Jennifer to spa attendants could not have been more accommodating. Got into the thick white robe, used the complimentary sauna, jacuzzi, steam room, pool, showers when I had my top notch manicure pedicure by Jennifer.
So relaxing sitting in the low light lounge with soft music. Lemon water and sweet nut mix available while waiting for nails to dry.
No photos or cell phone use allowed in spa area. So nice to know. Peaceful. It was my first time and I will go back.
It was not real busy during the week.

Massage was wonderful...! I wish they would have massaged my face & head. Jacuzzi in the locker room is beautiful & relaxing. Sauna rooms a plus. Happy with the amenities and treatment everyone is very nice and attentative. I was not thrilled with sharing the pool and hot tub with others in the hotel. Too many kids. Other than this Happy with my visit.

Went to get a shampoo and blow dry. I asked for it to have a lot of bounce - the stylist blow dryed it stick straight and flat, and put horrible product in it that made my hair sticky and frizzy. She also told me she had very little experience and was lucky to have a job there. I emailed the manager about my experience and received no reply. I would not recommend this salon, especially if you have an event to go to. I had to rush back to my hotel room and completely redo my hair.

Spent thirty dollars on shampoo ,awful on my hair, next time we went back, tried to return it, wouldn't take it back,even with receipt

took just short time, spa massage. worth to relax fully. should just have more time. entrance, information, staff, whole place was perfect. alot of spa amenities for refresh after treathments, enjoy and saves ur time.

Massages an facials were relaxing, you can use spa amenities all day pool, sauna, an hot tub. Special swim suit wringer!

Josie, the attendant in the women's locker room was so sweet and helpful! Charles was my therapist and was really good, very mellow and calming.
