Fomos em excursão no verão, mesmo assim pudemos ver que o local é muito bonito e possui diversas pistas interessantes. A chegada lá que é difícil, com muitas curvas.

la curiosité nous a poussée à monter dans les stations de ski du Chili pour voir si l’envie de neige que l’on peut ressentir en été justifie le voyage dans ces contrées si lointaines.
Fin octobre la station était fermée depuis 1 mois mais les pistes encore enneigées donnaient un aperçu de la qualité de la station.
Nécessite d’avoir un bon cœur pour supporter l’altitude la station étant implantée à 2500 m et le haut des pistes 3500 m sous des sommets à plus de 5000 m.
Côté architecture et aussi beau que la barre d’immeubles de Tignes le lac !
Conclusion si vous êtes vraiment accroc au ski pourquoi pas ?

O Valle Nevado nunca parou no tempo. Sempre se renovando e proporcionando aos turistas o que há de melhor em esportes de neve. Na minha opinião uma das melhores pistas para esquiar do mundo. Sem falar nas comodidades, parcerias com grandes marcas, pistas bem sinalizaras e se você não tiver seu equipamento poderá alugar. Tudo simplesmente perfeito.

Se você não sabe esquiar, fuja e procure outras opções. Trânsito pesado, equipe despreprada e nada atenciosa, o "almoço" é um hamburguer mais duro que borracha. Aliás, saiba que há uma van que leva da pista de esqui para o hotel (nenhum funcionário se preocupa em te informar isso). Enfim, a natureza faz a parte dela e o lugar é lindo, mas o homem deu seu jeito de torná-lo desinteressante pra quem não pratica esporte de neve.

Super nice but not very well organized or signalized. I was with friends and there were more people in our group, and pretty much everyone got lost while trying to navigate the area. Bathrooms were average, and the food was nothing special. The overall experience was nice because the snow was fresh and the staff is very helpful though!

This was my 5th trip to Valle Nevado ski Resort. I haven’t been there in several years, first because of the poor snow and then COVID. We arrived the last week of August to packed powder conditions. It had just snowed about 10” a few days before, so conditions were excellent. The pistas (slopes) were groomed daily and the resort was not crowded at all. As a matter of fact, during the week, most of the people skiing were guests staying at the hotel and ski teams in training.
There are 3 hotels at the resort and apartments and condos that are rented by private individuals. We stayed at Hotel Valle Nevado which is their best hotel. Each hotel has at least 1 restaurant serving breakfast and dinner. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Remember, you are there to ski and not stay in the room all day. In our hotel, we had a boot / ski room to put on and store our equipment. The gentleman working there was so on the ball that at the end of the day, he greeted us on the snow so we wouldn’t have to carry our skis the 50 feet from the snow to the room and had our shoes placed in front of the bench for us to change into.
There are 5 chairlifts there including 1 detachable quad (Andes Express). The gondola is mostly used by the day skiers getting up the mountain from the parking lot and several other surface lifts mostly Poma which are quite efficient and fast.
For those who like off piste, there are plenty of choices and if you want you can hire a cat or helicopter at quite reasonable rates.
The amenities such as hot tub and gym are there if you would like to partake along with limited shopping for ski and snowboard gear.

Passamos a temporada 2022 no Valle nevado, especificamente no hotel 5 estrelas da rede, o Valle Nevado Hotel.
Pistas incríveis, restaurantes excelentes e um atendimento nota 1.000.
Meus sinceros agradecimentos a toda a equipe do Valle Nevado, em especial. Sra Analine, que nos proporcionou uma estadia maravilhosa e um trabalho sensacional.
A Sra Milena Peralta, que por 3 anos nos ajudou nas alterações de datas devido ao Covid 19, com muita paciência e presteza.
A Sra Ingrid que arrumou e limpou nossos quartos, sempre com muita dedução é um sorriso no rosto!

A montanha é excelente, mas de modo geral o serviço nos bares e restaurantes deixa muito a desejar. Sempre ficamos no Puerta del Sol que ha muito carece de reestruturação tanto física quanto de pessoal.

O parque é muito legal, lá dentro tudo é muito caro. Tinha pouca neve em razão do final da temporada, mas a experiência foi muito boa. Recomendo

Hola visité Valle Nevado el dia 12/09/2022
Quiero escribir esto principalmente para la gente que no conoce la nieve y quiere vivir su primera experiencia como fue mi caso.
Si no saben esquiar (nunca practico el deporte) no renten el equipo, no lo van a aprovechar de la manera correcta, haciendo asi que pierdas dinero importante, ya que no hay espacios para practicar por tu cuenta.
De lo contrario a esto, si de verdad queres hacer esquí (sin saber de nada). Te recomiendo tomar las clases que se prestan en las pistas de Valle Nevado pero son costosas 46000 pesos chilenos por persona, por una hora es un precio un poco alto.
Es una obviedad pero es un centro de esquí y van personas en su mayoría que ya saben esquiar.
Pero no esta preparado para brindar una experiencia mas agradable a los que no conocen la nieve y quieren tener su primera experiencia y en algunos casos unica.
Creo que seria un poco mas acertado crear un pequeño espacio donde el que no sabe ni "papas" de esquiar también disfrute de una manera mas segura y no en una pista con personas con experiencia y con la posibilidad de crear un accidentes que le arruine las vacaciones a ambos.
Mas haya de todo eso es un lugar muy lindo y agradable, lo recomiendo ampliamente pero con esos consejos.

Is Valle Nevado in between La Parva and El Colorado? I can't seem to find a map that shows all 3 areas in one.
It seems to me to make sense to stay in the middle one to be able to ski all 3 but maybe not?

Verifique com o próprio hotel, normalmente só há o transfer dos turistas que vem de Santiago...
