Not as "hyped up" as Shell Beach,but this one,only just around the corner has the same beautiful clean golden sands but also affords more shelter from any prevailing winds, being surrounded on 3 sides by lots of green foliage on its surrounding steep walls.
A set of wooden steps lead from the pathway where you will find a small ice cream parlour there,which was closed when we visited!

Our favourite beach on Herm. So peaceful and beautiful. I did swim but the water remained cold! It was a pity the cafe wasn't open.

would love to visit herm and this bay, espcially after seeing it on tv yesterday on talking pictures film " the ghosts of monks island ", goggled the location and it was belvoir bay, so definetly will have to visit soon

A lovely sheltered beach when others are exposed. A short walk from the village, with a lovely sandy outlook and a cafe. Much smaller Tha other beaches on the island surrounded by cliffs giving it a sheltered position.

Perfect, unspoilt, beautiful. A few wooden steps to access off the cliff path on the east of the island, unlike Shell Beach which is level. Easy reach from campsite. Great swimming and sandy beach.

Beautiful beach with clear water on the island. While away a few hours looking at the view or reading a good book!

Had a lovely boat trip to the island and walked about two thirds of it. All beautiful and so so clean! The views were stunning from every beach. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Herm is such a tranquil place, yet easy to access and well provided for with toilets, cafes and litter bins. One of the joys of Herm is to walk around the coast and visit places like Belvoir Bay Beach.

It’s worth the steep climb down and back up to enjoy this lovely small beach. Note, the water is very cold!

Visited here recently on a short trip to Herm. After Shell Beach we walked here and stopped for a lollipop in the friendly kiosk before descending to the beach. A paddle was followed by a short afternoon snooze. Worth a visit if you’re on Herm.
