I waited over an hour to go down mountain once. The claim to limit the number of tickets sold but that is not true. I have been to other snow tubing parks but never experienced lines like this. I complained to the manager and he just smirked and said "I guess you've never been here before" I pointed to the extreem line and he agreed to refund me my tickets but never did. Much better experience at Hunter mountain and Butternut for snow tubing.

Super long lines and crazy expensive. End up going just a few times after a few hours. Just poorly run. Save yourself the headaxhe

We were very lucky to get tickets during Presidents week - Windham was very busy but we had the grandkids and really needed an activity we could all enjoy. This was great, outdoors of course, people were pretty respectful and keeping their distance in line.
My compliments especially to Leah in the ticket office. She was very patient with each and every customer, and explained as best she could since restrictions were in place as to how many tickets could be sold for each time slot. Leah did a great job!
I know a lot of people were disappointed as the sessions sold out, and we felt very fortunate to have gotten our tickets.
Looking forward to returning next year!

Covid super spreaders! I took my family here yesterday and we were really enjoying the tubing, however, proper covid safety measures are not enforced. Some staff members were helping children into tubes without masks on and many guests were not wearing any mask or were wearing it on their chin. We were not spaced 6 ft apart in the lines, so it was impossible to avoid the unsafe people. There was a large group of people not wearing masks that were allowed to scream obscenities and follow no rules. A screaming fight broke out between the anti science group and the mask wearing group. A manager had already been socializing with this group and had allowed them free reign of racing and getting their own tubes so when it was brought to her attention, she joined in ridiculing those who were requesting that mask would be enforced. We were called "clever" names such as "karens". We do not recommend going here as it is unsafe and run by people who do not take CDC guidelines seriously.

I arrived 30 minutes early with my daughter and granddaughter. I expected a 30-40 minutes wait given the webpage announcement. Well an hour into our wait were advised that they are sold out for the 1st session...unless you previously made a reservation...reservation I search high and low to pre-purchase tickets...no where to be found. Apparently you can go before the Park opens and sign up for the slot you want. Honestly I've seen lines at Disney move faster than this ticket line did! Plus not everyone was in the park and the tubing lines were growing. Then we were told that they were understaffed as well. We stayed another 15-20 trying to decide if we should continue to wait to buy tickets for the next session, but decided that it wasn't worth any f our additional time. I don't get many weekends off. So this was our 1st and last time to this park.
On another note it was also kind of disappointing to see so many adult groups with no children that were there to tube. I understand that they have just as much right to go tubing, and that Park has no control over this...but still.

Very disappointing experience on multiple days. Because of this, it’s a serious reason not to come to Windham Mountain ski resort at all if you have children under age 7 (too young for ski school). We recently came three days straight over MLK weekend with our young children. Each day we hoped for better. It got worse. Overall: lines were 35 to 60 minutes per turn (after waiting at 30 to 60 minutes to just get tickets; or one arrives 30 minutes ahead of opening and waits much the same time span). Facility terribly managed, as if no one is in charge. Needs to hire at least 4 more people, and one new teller. Trails are poorly groomed (tubes often got stuck halfway). Some staff in charge of pushing tubes are literally too weak to even give smaller people a good push (so one staffer’s time is just wasted, half way down the small run, pushing those who get stuck). More than half of the tubing runs are not used (and this is not for coronavirus protocols as the lines on all three days we came had people standing 1 to 2 feet apart; there are no protocols). Lack of used runs help explain wait time. Poor management (how one dedicates staff) explains much of the rest. By day three, the facility had a note in the sales window-- written by hand -- 30 minutes to 1 hour per turn and “no refunds”. Clearly, some people had asked for their money back for the reasons noted above. On day three, after waiting about 45 minutes for our tickets and 30 more minutes for our first turn, the staff member gave us a nudge down the hill and tube got stuck. So my energetic young children just said, let’s just go home. On another day, it opened an hour late. Big picture: it could be fun, if it was under new management and staffed adequately and trails groomed properly. But alas. I suggest you go elsewhere this winter, at least.

Our family went in search of snow tubing for adults with small children. Other local mountains had closed due to rain and avalanche at Bellayre. After arriving at opening time (11 am), and paying $25. per person, our group stood in loooong, not socially distant lines to ride. After 3 hours, our group had made 2 runs, and we were uncomfortable with lack of protocols and decided it would be safer to leave. There needs to be much more attention paid to COVID-19 safety protocols. By the time we left, it was announced that the wait time to ride was over an hour. Just ridiculous! Very disappointing

Had a great time snowtubing. Some of the male staff were pretty rude and desperately need some training. Some of the tubes were ripped on the bottom making them somewhat unsafe but they kept on using them. But overall, the experience of going down a hill with your kid in tandem was quite fun and exhilarating and made it worth driving over here, which is away from the ski areas.

The staff here is the highest quality! Jenna, who works at the tubing area, was the one of the best employees ever. She was extremely helpful and very kind. The quality of the tubing is great too — which was the section my party went to.
