I agree with another review kind of hate to leave a review, but also hate not to let people know how awesome this place is. When we arrived we were greeted by the owner who's family owns over six hundred acres and has she got the horses ready we visited the goats and other horses. It was kind of a chilly day maybe it kept people away but we ened up having a private ride with just my wife and I and Nancy, Perfect! Trails were awesome going along streams and working our way up to some beautiful views of the Catskills. Farm is looking like it needs some work, but don't let that stop you this place is awesome. Next time we are gonna do the longer ride!

Part of me doesn't want to leave a review because this place is such a quiet gem and I don't want to disturb the peace. But we had such a great time at Mountain Brook Farm. Our kid had a private riding lesson, which she LOVED. Nancy, the instructor, was SO patient and kind with her. While she was at her lesson, my husband and I enjoyed the beautiful view (it really is a stunning location). After, we visited the goats, who are hilarious and charming. We're looking forward to returning really soon.

My two kids each had a lesson (first time on a horse) and thoroughly enjoyed themselves. The owner of the farm was so welcoming and a wonderful instructor. Beautiful views and sweet horses.

I highly recommend this to anyone who wants to soak in beautiful green scenery, meets some amazing people, and ride beautiful horses with knowledgeable staff. The area is breathtakingly gorgeous and Sophie was a great companion on our ride. Definitely will go back in the Fall.

We had a fantastic ride at the Mountain Brook Farm in Windham NY. The scenery is spectacular and the staff is helpful and friendly. I highly recommend it to anyone who loves the outdoors and is looking for a safe, fun adventure.
