Easy to book, staff super friendly. They were very helpful with small children. We did see some horses and enjoyed the Atlantic views and dunes.

Kathy gave a nice tour at the 3:30 & we saw a few single ponies & then a group of 4 ponies, but the height of the trip eas was driving up on to their own tall & very wide Sand Dune.
I tried to give it 4 1/2 Stars, but it would only let me do 4 or 5.

Being late October, we were advised to dress warmly and I'm glad we did! Even though it was 65 degrees, we had a sustained wind of 20 mph plus driving in an open vehicle fight next to the ocean.
We ended up seeing 30 horses! We were surprised at how many houses were in the area designated for the horses.
It was obvious the driver loved his job and had the highest respect for the welfare of the horses.
Well worth the money for a fanatic experience!

The only reason I am rating a 4 is because we froze as we started our tour at 49°—and in open truck difficult to thoroughly enjoy the trip! Dress warmly this time of year! This was not emphasized enough!
Clint was a great guide, funny, informative, really cares for the horses! We saw about 12 horses—beautiful! So funny to see them hanging in people’s yards. Will have to go back during summer when chance to see more horses is greater! Thanks for a fun tour!

This activity was a Hoot! We loved driving down the beach in the open air jeep and hearing the stories of our guide. We didn't see too many horses - I guess it was the wrong time of day, but the guide did a yeoman's job of trying to locate them. In addition to a few horses, we saw dolphins, deer, squirrels, many birds, and a snake!! Highly recommend the tour.

This was a great experience. Our driver, Clint, is a wealth of knowledge and knew where to take us to ensure we were able to see the horses. We saw at least 20 and he was able to turn around so everyone on the tour (both sides of the truck) were able to easily see and take photos. I think this is the only group that will allow you to bring beverages on the tour as well. We had a nice drive on the beach and 4x4 trails. It was all around a great experience, worth the $$

It’s worth it. We saw 16 wild horses. Only, one close up. However, they should warn you how cold it can be riding in the open air vehicle. The combination of air temperature, wind & movement of the truck made it unbearable. This is in early October.

Hard to find one specific thing that stands out as the entire experience was amazing. Our guide was so knowledgeable and enjoyable to listen to as he described the experience that was playing out for us. The ride itself was outstanding and gave us such a great tour of things we would never have seen. It was completely comfortable and informative leaving us with a better understanding of life on the Outer Banks and the conditions these beautiful horses live in. Just an amazing day that will be remembered for a very long time.

Wonderful trip. Took my best friend for her birthday as she had never been. We saw 26 horses on our trip. Thank you again for a wonderful time and making my friends birthday special!

These tours are usually rain or shine . Just call up the number on the website . When we took the tour it was raining but still was able to see the horses .

I always have gone at the sunset time and we’ve seen a lot. I heard the first one of the day is great too!!!!

My husband and I would like to know if there are tours that are calmer for handicapped people. I noticed some said that the ride is bumpy but that you can ask for a more sedated one. Is this true? Would love to go but not sure if ride would be too rough,

You are allowed to drive your car into the area your self, most of the time the horse come right on the beach, some wade into the water to soak there feet, It's a lt smoother ride! Lots of people do it.

We don't have a 4 wheel drive car. Is there a pick up spot for people who come up and want to do a tour but don't have 4 wd?

Our family will be in Corolla June 6-13. There are 14 of us 18 and over including some seniors. Can you accommodate a group that large. No restrictions.
