I have just finished facilitating a beautiful 2-day meditation retreat at Spirit of Rainbow for 8 participants. It was without doubt the most perfect Retreat venue for my group.
Renee has created the most extraordinary sacred space right in the heart of Rainbow Beach, with beautiful tropical gardens that surround her outdoor area, that are so incredibly welcoming, bringing an immediate sense of peace and relaxation to all who sit within the garden’s embrace. The amazing facilities include a 12m magnesium pool, sauna and spa, making every participant there feel deeply relaxed and rejuvenated.
Renee has the most gorgeous gift for making everyone who walks through her door feel incredibly nurtured and supported and each of my Retreat participants felt this deeply. Her exquisite food was beautiful, nurturing, served with great dollops of love, bringing a perfect balance to ground us after each mediation.
I am just so incredibly blessed to have been able to hold my Wisdom & Awakening Meditation Retreat at Renee’s Spirit of Rainbow, and have booked another 2 Retreats for the coming months.

What a fabulous birthday gift. Best massages, fantastic food, all care taken and such a gorgeous space.
Have been back twice and will be going again soon.

My partner and I spent a wonderful few days in Rainbow Beach with Renee and Kieran. After a very busy year it was invaluable for us to spend some time away from our business to reconnect on a relationship level. I cannot recommend their retreat enough to recharge, take stock and just BE!!!! Thank you so much ❤️

I highly recommend Renee for a nurturing ,healing ,intuitive massage.Iv been having Renee's massage for at least 20 years,always feel so much better after her treatments.Her massage room is very welcoming like her smile.❤😊

I had the most incredible long weekend at Renee’s magical Rainbow Retreat... I was cared for, loved and looked after... Renee gently helped guide me through meditation, yoga and mindfulness that took me on a new adventure- one that grew my relationship with my mother and my sister, and for that I will always remember and be grateful... I would love to take another retreat soon... thank you for making it so special for me ... 🙏🏽

Rainbow Reconnection Retreat was a life changer for me.
I was looking for a Retreat that could really help me create space so that I could confidentially move forward in my life and know that I am making all the right choices.
From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with open arms and I felt completely at ease.
Throughout the Retreat I was nourished by healthy nutritious food that was divinely delicious.
We experienced nature walks, a beach fire ceremony, nurturing yoga by a qualified instructor and also down time to reflect and journal all within a luxury home in Rainbow Beach.
I had so many light bulb moments where I felt clarity in my next step in life.
The Retreat was just what I needed, and I'm so very glad I chose this one.
I can highly recommend this retreat for whatever reason, whether for relaxation or your in a time of change, and just need space and nurturinig.
Rainbow Beach will be held in my heart as a place to retreat and rejuvenate.

I have had the absolute pleasure of being held by Renee and her team on many occassions.
There is no denying Renee's healing hands, her ability to hold space or her intuitive understanding of mind, body and soul.
Each time I leave a treatment I feel rejuvenated, alive and open hearted.
I highly recommend her retreats for reconnection to self and mother nature. The food is divine. The journey is a gift.
Can't wait to come back to Rainbow soon. Thank you.
