‪A short visit to this roadside attraction, primarily to learn about about the local heritage of the area, which is outlined in a series of small information panels. These are mounted along the short boardwalk which meanders out over a small, peaceful wetland area towards the coastal mangroves.‬

‪Well worth a visit..its a beautiful place rich in aborigine history‬

‪We took a tour with Yura tours and Elisha had swum and played here as a child with her grandparents. The water is hot from the tides and freezing from the icy spring. The waters are also good for your health because of the ti-trees and minerals.‬

‪When I cycle down this way this is my first stop off for quick snack and put my feet in the water...I love the tranquility of this place,sitting here my mind wonders to good places...I feel content 🌈💗🐳‬

‪Nothing much to see - just a stream flowing into a mangrove area. There are a few information boards but you can see everything there is to see in about 10 minutes.‬

‪We've been coming to Straddie for 20+ years and have never managed to make it to Myora Springs until this trip. Whilst the site is of cultural significance and there is plenty of information about area, there is little to see and do. Disappointing. ‬

‪A very short walk from the main road to the end of the boardwalk......50 metres at best....along the side of the stream that runs into the mangroves on route to the sea.

A few birds in the trees but the tide was out and all that was there was a muddy stream bed. Hardly a major tourist attraction.

‪Great heritage sight‬

‪This spot is very easily missed but well worth the pullover and visit. Really good since they have upgraded it to include information at the site ‬

‪Local swimming hole‬

‪A popular spot for the locals to swim. There is a short board walk and area to explore amongst the mangroves. Worth a look if you are passing.‬

‪Walk in the mangrove‬

‪Superb cool fresh water stream to walk out to the coast.
Indigenous peoples use this area to bathe and gather fresh water.
We enjoyed the paddle viewing the oyster beds,watching crabs and puffs fish.‬
