What an excellent breakfast and outstanding customer experience. From the moment you step through the door your treated like a king. The bar staff are welcoming and super attentive. Tracey was customer excellence herself demonstrating outstanding service and customer care, she's an absolute diamond. Thank you so much, we will most certainly be frequenting the Albion on a regular basis.

Just had a lovely meal in the newly done cookhouse Widnes! Morgan was great at looking after us. Food was great

never never visit this establishment
Manager is very unprofessional
We attended a communion there were a deposit had been handed over for any damage made as the norm
There was lots of niggly things throughout build up
1 told held 200 people
2 was told could go night before to decorate
None of the above was true
It held 100 at a push
Was not allowed entry to decorate
The final straw was when customers had taken chairs outside to sit in sun (manager came out many times to collect glasses) started to rain so all came in and 3 stools were forgotten
Manager could not wait to say deposit would not be returned due to chairs being damp!!!
Customer every wiped chairs down still not good enough
He the gorded customers when asked why deposit was not refundable
It was also noted later that he had been short changing all customers and charging differently every time a same order was requested
Whole experience was shocking and would never step in there place again
