Posting Review with coordinators response.See the response. (Incidentally we were the only people in the guest house that day. ) Best Wishes to them.
We had booked 5 days Shillong tour through our Bombay Agent, who in turn had booked through Mrinal Das. This is for April 2022.
The guest house at Shillong (Sunrise)was nice and clean. But the cook and care taker said we cannot give breakfast till 8- 8.30 am so despite having a booking with breakfast, we had to go without it since on two days we left by 7.30 am . Also the cook had limited dishes to offer for breakfast. Our family was playing cards in the hall, we were the only ones, the cook comes up and says you cannot play after 10 pm and after we go upstairs, he switches on tv and watches. Seriously this level of service to tourists.
The driver Parag was not helpful at all. We asked him where would we get good local food on the way, he used to always say please google good jointsbut except for 1st day and 4th day we did not get good food.
Further, the driver always complained about dropping us at a location in Shillong, despite that day it was scheduled city tour. we had never asked him to come inside crowded lanes but just drop and pick up at major junction. Once he directly called up coordinator Mrinal Das and the coordinator called me up and instead of apologising he stated I would give you taxi fare, you ask your people to come from the market by cab. So I had to get my people all women by taxi. I have paid from my pocket. This is the approach. Very pathetic. Zero service level.
Our entire trip was spoiled due to this attitude of coordinator and the driver. Would not recommend them at all . Please think before booking a tour through them.

Guest is not booked the package in our direct chennal. Guest book the package via some other chennal hence we are unable to cooperate properly, one of thing have to keep in mind in Shillong Police bazaar area vehicle parking is big problem and guest hire 18 Seater bus which is big problem for driver to park in police bazaar. Therefore we requested guest please you hire small taxi and it's rent are payable by the coordinator. Rather then in same hotel number of tourists who are staying in same floor, if some of guest playing cards and shouting to the area rest guest are complaining for shouting and laughing at night time, for this reason hotel owner request them please don't play cards in this area you are requested to go at your own room and play cards. One thing to remember in a hotel if you book 3nos of Room and consider that we are paying the room rent and what ever we want we do openly

"Arunachal with Travel Zone" ( 7th, to 12th. April 2021)
Before finalisation the contract over phone I had some normal fearfulness . However after completion of beautiful awesome tour plan of 6 days 5 nights feel to say the Travel Zone & specially Mrs. Mrilan Das is perfect in his provision with good behaviour.

It was an awesome experience we had with this tour. You people arranged the hotels as per our convenience. Hotel's staff and management is good. Munnar, Thekkady and alleppey is the best places to visit in kerela. Our travel agent Anita planned the tour in a proper way. We thank her for the proper guidance. Driver shaffi is also very good and made our travel very comfortable. At last we would like to say that we had a great experience with kerela.

We are from south India and were planning to visit the North East since a long time. We were more concerned about our two kids (a 10 years old daughter and a 3.5 years old son) and that was one reason which cost us some extra time to plan. We made a thorough analysis of best hotels and best car rentals that could suit our customized requirements. Travel zone Guwahati was one such gem that we found after a detailed search. Mr. Mrinal Das was very friendly in clarifying all our queries and was always approachable. We had hired a DZire for our small family for 8 days round trip starting from Guwahati, Shillong, Mawlynong, Cherrapunjee and back to Guwahati. Our Driver, Mr. Samir Nath was an excellent driver who drove us very safe. There was not even a single instance when we felt him driving unsafe. He is such an excellent driver and friendly person. Mr. Mrinal Das was very keen in ensuring whether we were comfortable throughout our journey. In short, it was a safe and pleasant journey for us which will remain in our memories forever.

Visited Guwahati, Kaziranga and Shillong. We had A/C innova at our disposal from airport to airport. Mridul driver was dot on time and courteous. Took good care of us. All bookings were done perfectly by travel zone and we didn’t face any problems. All in all a very enjoyable stay. Elephant and jeep safari at Kaziranga also arranged by travel zone. Fully satisfied 👍

In our (with wife) recent “ARUNACHALA DAIRIES” I had experienced so many memories. First & Foremost my warm gratitude towards Mr. Mrinal of TRAVEL ZONE, Guwahati .The most honest travel agent I have ever met. While I’m sending my tour advance to him somehow I slip with the language which concerned the security of my money. The lines amazed me in reply “We are not cheater sir. We are the professional youngsters from ASSAM who loved to travel. We ensure your travel experience in optimum level and asking only for customer reference. We have registered office in proper Ghy and welcome you to visit at our office any time. Here is my Identity (Found a govt.Identity Card)”.After these straightforward lines I’m overwhelmed and never asked him any question. He planned my entire journey route with every single Govt. Permits. GOD BLESS U Mrinal. Wish your successful future ahead.
Next and the foremost have to mention about our Road Companion ever smiling Mr. Avijit. Every day in our 5/6 hours journey he entertains us with his superb collection of various songs and loads of info about the local people and the localities. The roads are not so good to explain but it looks like he is playing a super soccer in the playground while he drives in every furious curves and turns of the road. I recommended him to be an AIRBNB EXPERT. Wish your successful future ahead.
Next and the foremost have to mention about our Road Companion ever smiling Mr. Avijit. Every day in our 5/6 hours journey he entertains us with his superb collection of various songs and loads of info about the local people and the localities. The roads are not so good to explain but it looks like he is playing a super soccer in the playground while he drives in every furious curves and turns of the road. We had hired a sedan car from travelzone for our trip to Meghalaya.
Mr Mrinal was really helpful in clearing all my queries be it road conditions, weather, stay options.
My expectation was vehicle in good condition and a reliable driver, we were provided just that.
Our driver Rudra was a very good, safe driving and he knew the local places which was helpful.
Thanks Mrinal for your help in making our trip memorable.

We had booked travelzone for a large group of people for a 5 day trip through Meghalaya. Their drivers were friendly and accommodating. We had a good time.

We booked our Tour through Travel Zone - Mr. Mrinal Das. It was all on internet booking with good feed backs. From the first meeting with Driver Abhijit, we were fully taken care off. Throught the seven days of hectic road travel, heotel stays and climatic variations, he managed it very well. All the hotels and Home stays were superb, particularly the home stay at Dirang was excellent. We could see more than the promised attractions and did some Assamese Cloth shopping in Tezpur. Overall a great experience in hands of a seasoned travel Zone Agency.
