So you have to book or can you just turn up on the day ?

As I am not able to reply to the owner response to my feedback so I am having to do this instead. I found your telephone number on your home page approx. 6 weeks before we arrived in Suffolk, there is no postcode on this page, and I didn't see the where to find us. (I have seen this since, not easy to spot) I always look for interesting things to do well before we go away. Went I rung to pay I was told to go to the harbour, nothing else. I was NOT told that you had a free carpark, why would we have parked in Southwold and risked paying for parking (did manage to find free parking) if we had been told this. When we were told you where at the harbour we expected to see a large harbour like at Scarborough. When we didn't we asked for directions. We wouldn't have had to ask for directions if we have been given proper details. Why wasn't the boat checked a least 1 hour before departure, we then could have been rung and told that the trip was off? We would have been disappointed, but we could have gone somewhere else and not had our whole day wasted.

Is there a lower age limit and if so can you tell me what it is please. Nigel
