Lovely ambiance and attentive staff. The choices of roasts for a Sunday lunch were good. The food tasted freshly cooked on site. And, what’s more to like - the view, of course!

Smashing restaurant with great food even though they did not have what I wanted, I enjoyed my meal. Staff were great.

I would to clacton pavilion. To use the soft play aera.it was so lovely. My daugther how as down sydrome and other addition needs . Thoughtly enjoyed it. Here face was full of smiles ,so nice to see her smile . She could enjoy being herself . And being her mummy seeing my daugther enjoy herself is so important

awful employer and exploits the young people of clacton. doesn’t give the legal amount of breaks and breaks the disability act. asks employees to undertake unsafe tasks and long working hours. uses abusive language.
wouldn’t touch this place with a barge pole for a to either work at or to have a day out at. my teen worked here and was exploited from day 1 also witnessed bullying of other staff.

Fantastic place to take kids, as always. Took my 7 year old nephew, he went to the water park, on the rides, on the beach and in the sea, and in the amusements and we had dinner before heading home.

Visited here on a weekday. Kids had a fab time with the unlimited wristbands but most of the staff didn't even smile and looked so grumpy. Most of them seemed helpful but some we felt had a huge cba attitude when it came to moving to a ride for our kids to go on or even just moving in general, may put some people off but not when you buy your kuds an unlimited wristband I expect them to give on as many rides as they want . No one wants to be at work like myself but I dont show it and just get on with it. Also we got there to be told they wearnt opening till 12 when nothing to state this on the signs or website or social media. So good job we didn't get there for 10am! We also visited the waterpark which was good but the changing rooms seemed non excisent what they did have the doors struggled to stay closed and was worried they would open up while changing. Soft play was great and we visited the ice cream place next door.

A quiet day with schools being back, park running on 4 staff for 14 rides but they were great. Nothing was to much trouble for them. We chatted to one family that were literally popping in before headed out. of town and didn't want a wristband so were offered a free ride on the one thing their kids wanted to go on. Def worth a visit and at £10.99 for unlimited rides and then 90 mins in the softly was top value.

The Pavilion in Clacton is great, we probably spent more time here than anywhere else. First there are several good places to get food, secondly there's a well-featured and very clean arcade, thirdly we have the excellent bowling alley and lastly there's a fun park for kids.
But I really want to give a special mention to the staff who were incredibly friendly, remarkably helpful and gave amazing service across the various bars and restaurants too.

Our grandchildren had a thoroughly good time at the Pavilion Fun Park. Lots of different rides for them to enjoy and the staff were superb - caring attention to safety and friendly to children. We'll definitely go again after a disappointing awful experience at Walton Pier (closed with no warning on its website). Well done Clacton Pavilion. We'll be back.

Food was pretty good and served quickly even though we were a large group.
Lots of variety and good for children as well.

If you ask them at the bowling reception area inside Clacton pavilion for a membership form for pavilion bowl Clacton then im sure they will give you one to fill out, then they will give you a membership discount card for the pavilion bowl...
