Rip off guns kept breaking we spent over £400 and got treated terribly would highly recommended people to steer clear from spending money with these people waste of time and money!!!

Visited Delta Force Hemel Hempstead for my brother Harris's birthday with 16 of us in total. This is by far the best location that I have been to and the games were fun (despite it being cold)!
Overall the whole experience was amazing, from the initial customer service from Larry who ensured our booking went smoothly and gave us details of arrival time, costs of extras etc. beforehand.
My advice would be to get all the information on costs before booking, so that you are aware roughly how many paintballs you will need and the cost associated. Therefore, it won't be a shock once you're at the venue.

Bought 20 tickets for £60 then had to pay £11.95 per player then an extra £11.95 per player for 300 balls each.
When we arrived to a car park we waited 15 minutes without 50 others to have a chain opened by a kid who took the namesand directed us to part with our cash yet again. this time for balls There were no explanations given at the start, but there was a safety briefing.No information no shelter and hardly any supplies to purchase water etc. We then hung around for 1.15hours to start playing.
There were only3 games not 6 as promised, and the 'worlds" were cheap looking.
The kids enjoyed themselves but at no point were they offered low power guns ora a of the professional sounding experience that we were promised when we bought the tickets at Comicon emphasis on the' con' bit.
WOULDNT ADVISETHIS TO ANYONE UNLESS YOU NEEDAWAY TO PART WITH A FEW HUNDRED POUNDS IN A HURRY!!

Absolutely Rubbish. Far too many people in such a small play area. Far to expensive, but what got us so angry was the defective guns! Our party of three never completed a single game, instead we spent most of the time trying to get the filthy paint filled guns to work. We constantly brought this to the marshal attention which was a waste of time as all they did was just hand us other broken guns which they had been handed!!!! We left massively disappointed and with most of the hundreds of paintballs and smoke grenades etc… we bought at a hugh cost. At the time of typing I am seeking a full refund. DO NOT BOOK WITH DELTA. Try another company instead.

Dropped my son and his friends off to join a party. THE most unhelpful staff EVER. Would never choose to come here again.

Jamie our host was amazing. We took the work lot out before our busy December and honestly no negatives what so ever.
3 hours - 3 games and everyone left extremely happy.
We will definitely be back.
Jamie the manager from the shop was also very polite and accommodated to all our needs.

Over priced paint. The equipment was old and kept breaking. Ripped overalls. The masks were disgusting and clearly not cleaned, we watched the staff just dunk them into water at the end, This is very poor from a covid point of view as well as they are permanently wet and stink. The toilets has not soap or towels. No paper towels anywhere so clearly no soap washing. Again very poor from a covid point of view as well as just good hygiene. No impressed at all. For the money paid I would expect better fasciitis. The first game has over 100 people playing which is far too many for the size of course.

Can someone actually answer the posts and messages. I called yesterday to be offered the 3.99 for hire equip and 50 balls for junior then i was going to add 1000 balls costing £80 for 3 hours sessions. Seems fair now called today and now saying not valid and you have to pay full price for half sessions disgusting. So pay us full price and we will give you half price session. How is that fair and on your website too

Came here on the 13th Feb for a works staff party, around 15 of us, the experience was fantastic the guys had a geeat time, the guys looking after us were top notch and genunely cared about our experience, would definitley recommend and would come again!

Visited yesterday as a group of nearly 30 children (aged 7-12) and adults and had a great time. Great set-up tucked away in the woods on the side of an old airfield. Good base camp with seating area/lockers, decent toilets, shop selling food & drinks. Game zones have lots of buildings and barriers, equipment was really good - I didn’t see one person struggling with their gun - and the marshalls/staff were excellent (thanks Ryan, Aaron, Chris). Very well run, everyone had an amazing time, am sure we’ll be back. To some of the other comments, yes paintball can be quite expensive but we were there half a day and had a great time - for a special activity it’s not so bad!

Hi,
My name is Beckie Lansdowne. I'm writing to you to ask if you could help me on this very urgent and heart breaking quest.
Last year my daughter got the terrible news that her best friend Josh Halsey (16 at the time) had been diagnosed with an aggressive rare form of tissue cancer called Rhabdomyosarcoma.
During this time they had completed their gcse's. Josh's results mirrored his hard work as he came out with A*'s A's and B's. He inspires me no end!!!
Most kids went on to get a summer job but Josh endured wks and wks of intensive chemotherapy. Followed by 2 major surgeries and 8 wks of radiotherapy and chemotherapy in America.
On his return to my amazement he started his A levels at sixth form. We've been waiting patiently only to receive the worst news ever.
His treatment was successful but a new cancer has entered his bones. For which there is no treatment. We are beside ourselves with grief and sadness.
As you can imagine this has been an extremely hard time for Josh, his family and friends. Josh currently has 6 wks with no appointments. He has some time to be with friends and family. And then they will decide what the next step is.
Im asking if you would give him and his family a little help. A voucher, a day out,a meal, a chance to just forget for a day and make some important memories.
Any help is going to make so much difference to Josh and his 2 younger brothers.
