Booked a 2 ball for my wife and myself on a Saturday at 12noon. Lovely welcome from bar staff, pro shop and members before we teed off, and the day just got better!
Excellent inland links course, with undulating fairways, elevated and sunken greens and fantastic views on every side.
Will definitely be back.

Played here yesterday (late October). The weather was so interchangeable rain, wind, sunshine, freezing cold, stormy...and yet that made my experience even better up on those beautiful hills. The views are absolutely magnificent. Presumed it would be no better than Cleeve Hill or Church Stretton but its lightyears better! Due to the height, the course itself handles the extreme weather really well. Lots of sheep dotted around to maintain the fairways etc. The greens were in fantastic shape. The course layout if easy to follow and has some really interesting holes. I shot mid 90s which is about usual for me. Good pro shop. Nice bar, restaurant, friendly staff. Bit tight on parking when its busy though. £25 a round and it was just me up there. What an absolutely pleasure.

Excellent location, great value for money. No wonder it's often the best course in the west midlands. Best golf around.

Firstly the Restaurant: Service and food was excellent. We all had social distancing, with great quality food. The layout in the club is perfect. Would highly recommend a visit here. The course has superb greens with a good test of golf. Fantastic views over the surrounding areas.

holidaying in the area and had been told about the highest golf course in england. welcomed by the golf pro. played the course . if you keep out of the bracken you can score well.the views are breathtaking . the greens are superb. no bunkers but you have to avoid sheep,sheep dung, walkers and the occasional S.A.S. Hope i can return.one day

Not that far from the beaten track. down or i should say up, up and away, a small single track, lies Kington gold club. Had a breakfast and some snacks with drinks limited menu but loverly location and friendly people. Was made right at home. Staff were a bit disorganised. Food was ok nothing to write home about but well worth the vistit for the stunning location and views. Tea, coffee and licensed. Another hidden Gem........

A very unique course in the hill tops of Hereford. Plays like an inland links course. A good test of golf with excellent greens. Be prepared for a good trek trollers or buggies recommended.
We were well looked after by the staff for breakfast and drinks after. The members were friendly as well. Worth the long drive.

A ‘Hidden Gem’. Kington is a remarkable course. Superb greens and unrivalled panoramic views of The Brecon Beacons, The Black Mountains, The Malvern Hills and The Shropshire Hills!
