We visited here on a hot summers day and the beach was lovely. We walked up and down the beach and picked up an ice cream, it was a lovely day

Lovely Place for a Long Walk along the Beach, when the beach is at low tide its a lovely sandy beach. Lots to do in and around the town at Dymchurch good food and amusments.. Big Car Park but this can get busy during half term.

The beach at low tide is beautiful sandy beach for miles, fun for all the family with lots to do with arcade and amusement park

Had a pizza and ice cream from the beach kiosk, really tasty and great value. It's as you walk up to the beach on the left by the fancy silver gate.

Lovely beach, traditional British seaside village that isn't overly commercialised. Highly recommend the desserts cafe, their waffles were sublime

A beach worth visiting. Very clean with miles and miles of sand. Great for evening walks, sunset and sunrise musings. Hardly any seagulls to disturb your peace as seen in some other Kent beaches. Parking across the road is reasonably priced, plus a lot of amusement arcades and take away restaurants plus cafes and pubs around. The beach theme park is an absolute must visit for the kids. Lots of fun rides and dodgems plus people are really friendly too.

Directly behind the tunnel, so easy to get to. Beautiful beach. You have to look for nice accommodation though. Good starting point for further tours.

When the tide is out, this is a great sandy beach which is ideal for walking, exercising and for familiies. At the rear there is also a wide, level promenade which is wheelchair and pushchair friendly. There's nearby parking (pay and display) and refreshments and amusements are available in Dymchurch. When the tide is is, though, the beach disappears.

An extraordinary sandy beach with a lovely view of the sea from anywhere you sit. Great for kids as they can sit and make sandcastles and go in the sea whilst you can chill in the sun. One warning- the tide comes in very quickly so it is best to sit quite far away so you don't get wet.

I don’t know. But they have a strict policy in allowing dogs on the beach during the summer time.

Hi. At the end of the High Street just before it ends at the sea wall there were disabled parking spaces very close to a toilet block. However, I do not know if this block includes a disabled toilet and whether or not they are open at the present time.

It’s all pretty sandy so if you park in the big carpark and head down the road where the Codfather fish and chip ship is turning left you’ll find yourself at a ramp pretty quick to get up to the main beach and then another ramp very close by to get down to the beach. There are a lot of steps so this was a good way up for us as we have a double buggy. It’s also close to a little shop for drinks and ice creams and the toilets. One thing I will say is we got there at 10 and by midday the tide was in and we only had the concrete steps to sit on. Also the beach was sandy but soaking so bring changes of clothes and lots of wipes!

We took our dog on the beach , there were lots of dogs :) they just have their own area - From the start of May until the end of September, dogs are not allowed on the beach between Sycamore Gardens and The Martello Car Park, from the car park onwards they can go on the beach as much as they like :)
