Thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The simulation was very convincing and realistic. Victor is highly knowledgeable on flight protocol and his calming nature made the experience more worthwhile. Romek was very accommodating and explained the technical aspect of the simulation with expertise.

This was a really amazing experience and incredibly real. Romek was really helpful and flexible with arrangements and on the day I received lots of help from Joe who was brilliant in the sim. It was a perfect day. Thanks to the team at Jetex.

My husband had booked a 90 minute session for me as a surprise and I thoroughly enjoyed every moment. Mats' instruction and guidance was very clear and it was lovely to have a choice of airports to take off and land at. I would recommend this to anyone that has an interest in aircraft/flying. It's an experience I'll never forget😃✈️

Wow! What an experience. Booked a 1hr session and chose to take off from Gatwick and land east to west at Heathrow with a circuit and approach over London. The controls and views are amazing and as we had a bit of time left after the first landing we, magically, popped back up in to the sky and did another one!
With so many things to concentrate on it was good that the instruction from the co-pilot (Mats) were clear and precise and for anyone interested in aircraft this is a must!
The hardest part was controlling it once it was on the runway, especially parking with the nose wheel control...
Will definitely look at booking another session in the new year - maybe 2hrs and a night landing somewhere....

Excellent experience to assist in the training of Assistance Dogs for cabins. Very friendly staff who accomodated all our groups needs and were very patient with both dogs and handlers.

This was my 10 year old son's Christmas present, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Romek was so helpful before I bought the voucher, and again during booking the session. My son is autistic and selectively mute, but no one batted an eyelid, no judgement. The instructor was super clear with my son, and really kind and encouraging.
The simulator was amazing, the inside was just like a real cockpit. Being able to fly out of any airport or set it to practise landings was great.
My son absolutely LOVED his flight, and this has cemented his desire to become a pilot. Thank you so much for making his day.

A fantastic flight sim experience for my teenage son. Very patient and friendly instruction. Incredibly realistic. Would highly recommend and will be going again.

Amazing experience - loved every minute. The pilot was so knowledgeable and had plenty of patience with a novice. Great fun.

We would like to thank Victor and Romek at JetEx for a wonderful afternoon aboard their incredible simulator to celebrate myself and my mum’s birthday.
Its really is as real as it gets, fully kitted out 737 cockpit, with the full instrument panel, controls and motion, we really did think we were flying the real thing with every turn, take off, landing and turbulence added in! The team were very professional and accommodating with our flight plans with excellent tuition given at every stage. We were even able to land and take off from the old Kai Tak airport in Hong Kong, which was a very exciting challenge.
We can highly recommend JetEx!

A incredible experience. Fulfilled a long-held dream. Never been in a moving aircraft (strange I know) but I now have a really good idea of how it might feel. Instant sense of responsibility for not ‘crashing’ but guided carefully by co-pilot/instructor. Highly recommend memorable experience if only that if on a flight and flight attendant asks “does anyone have flying experience” I might put up my hand. Thanks so much to Romek!
