The park is great. We were there in freezing temps for a birthday party but it was nice and warm inside. Darci and Leanne greeted us with smiles and were very attentive to anything we needed and were helpful to answer any questions we had. The water park was very clean and had lifeguards stationed throughout the premises. The eating area was clean and the food was good. Prices were reasonable. The water park is a great family get away.

My family and I attended the water zoo a few days ago and had an amazing experience! The place was very clean and well kept, lots of great fun, great food, and all staff was super nice and helpful. One staff member that went above and beyond was Darci!! She was so helpful and courteous from the moment we stepped in the door and went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing experience. Many thanks to the entire staff and especially Darci.

There is absolutely NO reason to purchase tickets ahead of time online. We purchased tickets for 6 people for 2 days. We used tickets for 4 people for an afternoon. Beware. No refunds are allowed. We couldn't find enough to entertain our grandchildren for a full day, much less 2 days. That said, we found the staff to be either tired from a long summer of working or bored with their jobs. One young man never understood my question and just stared at me with a blank look. I'm sure they are doing all they can to keep it clean, but it wasn't very clean. We looked at the cabanas, so glad we didn't rent one of those! The wave pool was great for 3-5 year olds - not much for the rest of us. The grands did the slides a couple of times - and got stuck twice. You can only float the lazy river so many times. It is very expensive for what it is. We will not be going back. Holiday Inn was fine. Beds were comfortable and staff friendly.

I thoufht this was a much better alternative to Hurricane Harbor in OKC. It is admittedly much smaller, but if you have young children there is a good amount for them to do. Our experience was great, staff were very kind, and there was a good variety of food at the snack bar! Water was clean, but I will digress that the lazy river was a tad bit slow. We stayed Friday night and got a package deal with the hotel since we came in from out of town and it was great, not to crowded on Friday night and we were out the fire Saturday right as it got busy at noon. Fun family option if you are looking for something different!

Enjoyed our time there over 1.5 days. Staff was friendly, place was clean, and not to overly crowded. Enjoyed the customer service from Darci at the front desk upon check in. She was very helpful, friendly, and guest friendly.

We won't be going back....it wasn't awful just ridiculous how expensive it was for what you got. Plus grandparents or whoever still have to pay the $60 even if not getting in.
To sit in a sauna where you can't have anything to eat or drink. At least great wolf has a concession stand and fun drinks. Customer service was just fair. Holiday Inn was fine, especially for the price. But there are too many other good options that don't cost as much and have a lot more to do. It wasn't dirty but didn't go without shoes. Seems like lifeguards were pretty decent but friendly.

The front of the house cashier Darci Gonzalez was very friendly, very helpful, and very polite. She was able to answer all of my questions and even gave me some money saving tips for our next visit to the water zoo. She definitely deserves to know how well of a job she is doing. The food was delicious and the staffing in the kitchen were very polite. I was very impressed with the facility and all the things to do. My son and I had so much fun and can't wait to come back again.

It’s so nice there a place where families can have fun and be safe rather it’s cold or hot they are open plenty of things for small ones to enjoy! Ms Darci was very helpful and patient with my questions

Way over priced. Not affordable to families especially when white water bay has way more. There is not one reason why a family should have to pay 40.00 a piece to swim. Maybe rethink your family prices and your gonna charge a 3 and 4 year old thirty. Are you out of your mind?

How much is cabanana rental and is it possible to get a price list for the menu

Just went this last weekend at it is $100 and no the pricing is not on the website also if you call for pricing just know it could be different when you get there. That is what happened to us, the prices was $3 per ticket more than what they said on the phone
Can I take my own food? And water bottles?

Water-Zoo is opened 7 days a week 10 AM through 8 PM during the summer and spring school breaks. For the rest of the year, it is opened every Fri, Sat, Sun 10 AM through 8 PM. Guests who purchase our hotel packages can enter select areas of the water park one hour before it opens and stay for one hour after it closes. Besides, services, such as Yelp, Google Local and Yellow Pages have space for entering "Special Hours", such as hours during observed holidays. Unfortunately, TripAdvisor doesn't have this feature, so while we are opened during most observed holidays, it is the best to check for instance Yelp to be sure.

1. What age child is this mostly geared to?
2. Is it really crowded during the day in the summer. Is less crowded after 5?
3. Is the ceiling open during day in summer? All of it, or just part?

I think kids up to 12 or 14 would have a good time. We went early and the crowd was light but builds up during the day. Not sure about the roof I did not see it open while we were there.

Depending on your budget. Holiday Inn is right next door. Hampton Inn and Super 8 are across the Highway. If you are looking for cheap, Super 8 was decent and clean. Noting fancy. We did that so we could go to T-Bones down the road and enjoy a nice steak dinner. :)
