‪A “must” when visiting Beaverton ‬

‪Whenever we visit our kids here in Beaverton it’s a “must” to spend Saturday morning at the Farmers Market. Today was pretty crowded, but people were following the rules about masking and staying to their side of the lines. So much wonderful produce was being sold, plus breads, meats, spirits of many sorts, flowers, ready-to-eat items, etc. Vendors were providing samples but being cautious. We had a great experience! I hope Beaverton residents appreciate what they have. Many towns and cities have nothing even close!‬

‪When you are looking for fresh veggies, top notch local produce, and a vibrant weekend outing, go to the Beaverton Farmers Market. This market offers a variety of fresh produce, and local small businesses, and a place to leisurely walk around on Saturdays. My husband and I love visiting and getting acquainted with the local cuisine also present at this event.‬

Thank you! It's been a long couple of years, hence the belated response. But the market is picking up again, and we've got big plans for this season, so come visit us soon and post some photos of what you got! :)

‪Cold and Windy but fresh and tasty‬

‪Enjoyed our quick trip to the winter market with Mom. Picked up some of the best tasting salad mix ever! There were lots of fresh seasonal items and Rock Fish too! We should bring more bags next time. Hot coffee line was long but worth it!‬

‪There are some great vendors at the market. Not only quality fruit and vegetables, but there is bread and fish and pasta and hummus and all kinds of goodies. Great place to have breakfast or lunch and take home food for the week as well. Try the pesto bread at Great Harvest and the spaghetti sauce by Jimmy Tomato.‬

‪Say what you will about the Park Blocks Market, Beaverton Farmers Market is the little market that has a big impact! Great produce, terrific food, creative artisan pieces, and some of the areas best spirts, vino, and craft brews. We never miss a week and always come home with the the best lunch, enormous bouquet of flowers, and arm full of the freshest produce.‬

‪We like to go to different farmers markets, this one popped up and so we stopped. It was fun, nice out, good food, good music, happy diverse bunch of mammals walking about. Not really anything to complain about. ‬
