‪Warm Lake!‬
يوليو 2021
‪We were delighted to find a small and hidden beach for swimming nd sunbathing. It was within walking distance from the KOA at Devils Lake. This is a delightful lake with plenty of opportunities, to water ski, use a jet ski and all sorts of other activities like kayaking. It is a decent sized lake and very scenic and just a short drive from Lincoln City. Best of all the water is warm enough that it doesn't take 10 minutes to immerse yourself. Give it a try!‬

‪How do you get to it?‬

‪Park/campground access has no day-use. Road around lake seems to only lead to properties. Couldn't find access.‬

‪Iconic and Scenic‬
يناير 2021
‪I always associate Lincoln City with this lake because it's one of the first sights one sees when entering the town. It's a very pretty lake with areas to picnic and to walk. It's pretty surrounded by houses so not very private but still a quiet retreat.‬

‪Relax and Enjoy‬

‪Sunny calm day so brought chairs and set next to little beach in the sand. Water was cool, but got used to it quickly. Nice people already there with small children enjoying the day. Watched boaters cross the water. Great day :)‬

‪Lovely, year round.‬

‪Most folks don't even know it's here! Mostly surrounded by private property, there are a few public access points. Busy with power-boaters and skiers during nice weather, but quite and calm at night. We stayed in a private cottage right on the lake. I love that it's near a ton of beach activities and restaurants, but you don't have to stay among the crowds. ‬

‪Hard to get to, but pretty.‬
يوليو 2019
‪Siri took us to a road and told us to park on the street and walk in -- where there were No Trespassing signs. Google took us to the state campground (Devil's Lake State Recreation Area), which looked nice, but no access for people to just go to the Lake. The Ranger seemed surprised we wanted to go to the lake. She finally sent us to NE 14th Street and said we would go up the hill and down and run into the lake. Sort of true. There is Regatta Park off of that street, nice little park. The street NE 14th becomes NE Devil's Lake Road. Much further down is Holmes Road Park. It seemed best suited for fishing. But what we really enjoyed was walking through the forested area called Open Spaces on the opposite side of the road from the lake. Now that is a gem that is hiding. Near the cross street NE 26 St., before you reach the hospital. The lake itself? Beautiful if you own a home on it. Not really a place for people to go and enjoy, unless maybe you are camping there. But we couldn't get in to tell you about that.

‪A totally urban lake‬
العائلة • يناير 2019
‪This is, unfortunately, a beautiful lake that is surrounded by homes and urban development. There are a few places that are park-like and one can get to the lake, however, most of the lake seems closed off due to developement. It's too bad that the city's founders didn't think long ago into planning ahead to preserve the lake in a more natural condition.‬
