I couldn’t fault the experience I had with Bird on the hand. It was a very enjoyable and informative day with lots of opportunities to handle the birds.
The staff were very knowledgeable ,informative and came over very passionate about their subject. I would throughly recommend the experience. Absolutely brilliant. Tea and coffee are supplied and toilet facilities are available.

Thank you for hosting our team building day. Andrew and Charlotte were amazing and made sure we all got to handle the beautiful birds and got us involved in the tasks. I would highly recommended this experience to any business.

Fabulous experience. Charlotte was super knowledgable and a real ambassador for the birds of prey at ‘Bird on the hand’. We all really enjoyed our morning with you and would highly recommend your business to everyone.

Fabulous afternoon with the Bird on the Hand owl experience. Our falconer was Charlotte who was a great ambassador for the birds and the company. Great photo opportunities plus the chance to handle these beautiful birds. Would highly recommend this as a gift for yourself and/or another

Visited Bird on the Hand for an owl experience. Group size was small (6 attendees) so lots of time with the birds over the three hours. Charlotte who ran the course was very knowledgeable and friendly.
Definitely recommend if you are into owls or just curious.

My 83 year old mother has Alzheimer’s and limited mobility. Charlotte and Duncan at Bird on the Hand were absolutely brilliant with her. They anticipated and met her every need with patience, kindness and respect, ensuring that my mum always felt included and had a very special day holding, flying and learning about owls for 3 magical hours. This is a wonderful experience for everyone, young and old alike. Mum rarely goes out now but she LOVED this! Thank you so much, Duncan and Charlotte! Your customer care is exemplary. Highly recommended.

My six year old got this as a birthday present from his classmates. He LOVED it! Said it was the best day of the Summer holidays. Charlotte and Andrew were fantastic- so passionate and informative, in an entertaining and easily digestible way….and the birds they have are very varied and special- lovely to see them flying, landing on our arms and hats! Great to be able to get up close. My son especially enjoyed the eagle owl and the red kite. We will definitely come back. Thank you!

A great half day for our son for the Owl Experience. 3 hours of joy with various owls of various sizes. Our Handler was very knowledgeable and very interesting. The time just "flew" by. Would certainly recommend. Small group of about half a dozen people. Lots of other experience days / half days to choose from.

I brought the experience for the whole day for my Partner for his Xmas present and me as a spectator. I couldn't of picked any better place to have this.
Small groups and you get a lot of information about the birds and time with the birds the whole day is very relaxed. The lunch was also very good.
I wasn't expecting to be included as I only paid for spectator but I was made to feel very much apart of the small group even though I wasn't touching or handling the birds.
I would highly recommend for any bird lover. It was everything and more

Just got back from a day at BOTH Falconry experience. I had a great visit hosted by Charlotte who obviously loves her job and birds and was a excellent host, very personable, knew her subject and kept us entertained. The birds were a joy to interact with and the setting was glorious.

Yes they need a little notice as each experience is taylor made to your group, no idea of cost for a big group I was a individual .
