Total s??? Show. Dirty and empty and no cocktail service. Before Covid I went often- diamond member- easier to get a drink and frequent slot $$$ rewarded along with food comps. Went for first time this week. I was no longer a diamond. Cards wouldn’t work in kiosk so I never got my free slot dollars they enticed me to come for.; most of the time they make you go to a different floor to redeem any offers and stand in line. Couldn’t order a premium wine because no longer a diamond. Ordered a house wine that was undrinkable. Would have paid for a decent glass. But waitress never came back even though I asked a slot attendant to find me one. After waiting two hours I left. Won’t be going back.

The floor supervisors allowed the blackjack dealer (Jahir) to give away a saved seat after 10 mins. The floor supervisors say it is too late if the dealer gives away the seat. I did not not think it is the dealers job to give away seats after 10 mins. Jahir is the dealer, he really thought 10 mins. The floor says 20 mins. There is a lack of communication.
For a Saturday night June 25th, this place is not very busy and should have better customer service. Employees are very apathetic. There is an "Oh Well" attitude.

Where do I start ! We both used to be diamond card holders and had gotten disgusted with Harrah's .We had not been there for a long while and needed new cards. The awards center did not open till noon on a Sunday, we went to the two machines to get a card and they were out of service. We went to the cashier and i got a new card my wife asked for two cards because sometimes she plays two machines at once . The cashier rudely stated we only issue one card. many of the slot machines were filthy and also had broken buttons. I went to the race track to bet the first race the outside seats had yesterdays bottles paper and cups strewn all over the seating area. THIS PLACE SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN FOR GOOD !!!!!

Been going there since they opened my credit increase I always had nice dinners state was wonderful I played once a week or every other as time went on I see recently that my credits have taken a dive bomb they no longer give you any comps whatsoever at one time I had $1000 in comps because they play often I have $1.22 right now and I was just there the other night they are greedy and disgusting they don’t pay everyone’s unhappy just look around It’s a sign to move on to another casino live is great in Delaware park it’s awesome great

People need to climb off their high horse stool with the smoking complaints. There are CLEARLY marked areas of smoking and non smoking. I don’t smoke, The place is so bug you can’t even smell smoke. Plus, if you had your mask on you won’t be smelling anything anyways. Get over your selves with the stuck up complaints or stay home and play online.
It’s clean and has food for a quick bite to eat And free parking. Beats the alternative to drive to AC.

My husband and I went to Harrahs Philadelphia located in Chester on Wednesday. We love to gamble and went to Harrahs because their website stated it was still following a no smoking policy and we also called the contact number and were told that there was no smoking on the casino floor. We arrived at Harrahs and were shocked to see people smoking. I approached two security guards and asked them if smoking was permitted. They said to their dismay, smoking was allowed. Secondhand smoke is substantially worse in Pennsylvania because the regulations allow 50% of the casino floor to be smoking. My husband and I find the smoking unacceptable and will not go back. Secondhand smoke could be potentially more dangerous in this casino because the surrounding area of Chester, who make up some of the casino patrons, has such a low percentage of vaccinated residents. Studies have shown that the casino ventilation systems, although highly efficient, do not take care of secondhand smoke. If this is correct, then there is a potential that unvaccinated patrons could not only be exhaling dangerous secondhand smoke from their lungs but also could be exhaling Covid aerosols. We are vaccinated but my husband is immune compromised so we aren’t willing to take that risk. We are really disappointed in Harrahs who seem to disregard the health concerns of their nonsmoking patrons and employees.

This place should be permanently closed as an embarrassment to humanity! No acceptable restaurants, no adequate services and a crowd of smokers and potential covid spreaders.

Well it didn’t take Harrahs long to go back to smoking and taking over almost 75% of the casino with smoking When is Harrahs going to step up to the plate and make a health issue for their patrons and their employees for non-smoking, Dirty ashtray and smoke filled air it’s time to stop going to Harrahs

I am very concerned regarding testing for Covid. I attend the races and find that there is not any testing at all in the Race Book. The casino does test but there is not any follow up checking if masks are properly worn. Racing patrons are taking a big chance attending the races. When I questioned a staff member, they said that they have no answer as to the lack of testing.STAY AWAY. Dangerous inconsistent policy.

I was their July 1 and 2 came back on the 4th and no smoking areas. People come to smoke and gamble in enjoyment. It's a disgrace and I won't be back. I will set up a petition to allow smoking in designated areas.

I would like to know what your specific need is regarding the casino. You refer to vouchers; please be more specific.
Would that be a menu; a location to entertain; a restaurant
or an entertainment offered by the casino. There is parking immediately connected to the casino; free. There is racing,
a betting area for that and a full floor of casino gambling.
You would do well to acquire a casino card in your name or the names of your guests; it is free.. There are promotions but that is offered after you become members
