Lisa (the shop owner) was really friendly and showed us a lot of games *not to mention she absolutely thrashed us at them*.

We popped into this shop not knowing what to expect, it’s a real Aladdin’s cave of toys and games. Some very cool and clever unique games and toys. There’s many out on the table tops so you can try before you buy and the staff are lovely and will show you any game. Really impressed

We have been to this shop a couple of times now and it is every time a pleasure. Both the owner Lisa and the staff are super lovely and incredibly passionate about games! Such good fun to try out the different games and just have a good laugh together.

This is an amazing shop - came from Manchester especially to spend some pocket money. So much choice!

We went to get a couple of games for our family , Lisa is amazing her knowledge of the games she sells is second to none . She also should be paid by Hebden bridge tourism office as she obviously loves the place , so nice to meet someone who truly loves what she does . The only down side is Lisa wins at all the games 🤣

Staff were friendly and welcoming and dogs allowed inside. Great choice of toys and games for all ages, would definitely recommend.

Lisa was unbelievably friendly and welcoming from the moment me and my friend walked in. She even played a few of the shops games with us, and had a good chat. Great selection of games, would recommend to anyone who wants any sort of board game, whilst also supporting a local business that deserves all the best.

Love this shop and visit every time we are in hebden. Lisa the owner is ‘totally awesome’ so we were momentarily disappointed when we visited last week and she was on holiday. This disappointed feeling soon faded to excitement and laughter as the lady covering showed us all the new games they had in stock. Never any pressure to buy but always come away with a new family favourite. Keep it up.

This place is great. Loads of great games in stock and you can even try a few out in the shop. I tend to visit the Halifax Piece Hall store.
Hannah is great and managed to get a game I was after for me in less than a day.
Couldn't recommend more.

This toy shop is so good we’ve visited twice! Lisa is absolutely fantastic, she makes you feel so welcome, let’s you play the games on show & then beats you at them all! :)
Before we went to the shop our children were moaning at the lack of WiFi at our holiday cottage.
After a trip to Lisa’s toy shop and purchasing some brilliant games recommended by Lisa, no more moaning! Two happy children and even more happy parents, actually playing games & interacting with each other on holiday!
My son also bought a remote controlled car with his Birthday money, great fun! In fact we returned next day to get one for our daughter.
Never has a shop been more aptly named!
Please open a branch in Cambridge!
