My son and i had a couple of hours to kill , i had my air gun with me but you can hire and buy guns there (with id) if needed . Two floors of ranges 25 yards and 50yards Good friendly bunch who work there and if we needed anything im sure they would help , we will be coming again .thks

Me and a friend was met by a friendly staff member and he was very informative also shown us how to handle the guns and the range. The price was great as well.

I bought a very expensive target pistol from these people, believing it to be a new gun. It was faulty and was returned but they said they could find nothing wrong with it. Wiltshire Shooting Centre then did not answer my emails, letters or telephone calls. I found it was full of corrosion and 13 years old and so the air cylinder was many years past its safety date. I eventually tracked down the owner of this business in Kent but he refused to take the gun back for a refund.

I was sad to see the posting, as I thought we had already fully resolved the matter with you before you made this posting.
As a result, perhaps I should clarify for others what happened:
The customer was sold a gun that was new, but was of old stock. He was informed of this at the time, and a discount was agreed.
He came in for a check on the gun some months later, which we did free of charge, finding no fault.
A few months later, he wanted the gun inspected again.
Unfortunately we had a fire at the range in July 2018, so the shop wasn't open for some months, although the site was open every weekday throughout the refurbishment works.
The customer apparently tried to contact us in that period, although we have no record of that. Certainly he didn't visit.
If he had, we would happily have inspected/serviced the gun.
Instead, he took the gun to another supplier who did a full refurbishment.
Although a full refurb wasn't necessary, we agreed to cover this cost in full.
I believe this was a fair and reasonable resolution in the circumstances.

This is a wonderful experience for anyone wishing to experience Air Arms in a safe environment. The Staff are extremely helpful and pleasant. Very much appreciated.

I am annoyed with myself for not using this place earlier. OK so it's a 40 mile round trip for me to go there; but it's well worth it. The shop is well stocked and warrants an extended browse. The staff are knowledgeable, helpful and very pleasant in a laid back sort of way. The indoor 25 yd range is well set up and the electronic score indicator screens are like having an eye next to the target! Great! Of course there is no rain, mud or wind! Only one small niggle and that is that the range only accommodates a few shooters. I am told that a new 70 yd indoor range is on the cards. Can't wait.

Visited with my teenage son. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. They showed him the safety aspects and how the electronic screen works etc. He had a great time!
Not too expensive to buy a membership. Everyone there was so willing to help and encourage.

We visited the range for a birthday party and were able to hire the whole place. Greta experience, good set up and very welcoming and knowledgeable team. Will definitely be returning.

A well stocked shop with very knowledgable staff. The shooting range is good with some good membership plans. Well worth a visit.
