This was a well organised event and staff made our group feel welcome and supported. Even though the weather was awful the whole experience was amazing. Thank you.

We have done this trip and the one further north (Montford Bridge to Shrewsbury). If you want a more wilderness trip where you barely see another person, building etc then the North is the one for you. But if you want something where you can stop, have a drink in a pub, a bite to eat etc then this is the one for you.
The river was pretty quick for us so we didn't really put much effort into the actual rowing lol The weather was spot on though so we just sat taking that in, making sure we were going in the right direction. Plenty to see on the route down with a pub or cafe stop. We chose to stop and cook on a camping stove on one of the beaches.
Only thing I would say is that there were ALOT of fishermen which 90% are ok but some get a bit arsey at the fact that you exist. Just you have to pay attention to lines going across the river etc.

A really enjoyable day out on a beautiful river with lots of great wildlife (30 + Kingfisher sightings alone). The various short stretches of 'rapids' added a bit of extra interest, but none of them were challenging enough to worry us.

Brilliant experience, excellent instructions and support from staff. Very safe and such a peaceful and fantastic way to travel down the river. We went Hampton Load to Bewdley, 8 miles. So easy to follow guidance and map given. Stopped at Arley for light lunch at Navigation Inn, also highly recommended. Would highly recommend to everyone of all abilities, all you have to do is follow the guidance and advise from the staff and it is just as described. So peaceful, such a beautiful journey, saw my first ever Kingfisher too, egrets, buzzards, Heron, big fish jumping and just a wonderful journey. Great company Hire a Canoe, thanks see you next time!

Me and my girlfriend both 59 booked hire a canoe from Bridgnorth to bewdley a 14 mile trip. From start to finish the service from the staff was superb. Easy instructions to start with and a very easy map to take with us. A beautiful day and stunning scenery along the way. We did this easily and with an hour stop for lunch at arley along the way at the harbour inn we arrived back in bewdley within 6 hours. Highly recommended.

I was lucky enough to take part in evening paddle from Bewdley Rowing Club, a special event last Friday night. I've always wanted to do this with my boys to give them a go, but bit too pricey. Anyway Friday's hour paddle was just right for them, bargain price of £10 each. All equipment provided, friendly staff, we had fun and no one fell in.
